Product quality sometimes extremely poor. Shipping charges can be very high. Customer service uses artificial intelligence and therefore gives quick responses but these are often unhelpful. I found getting refunds very difficult with the company failing to meet UK consumer laws. The business model means there is little control of product quality or customer service. Amazon and Ebay, whilst not perfect, are, all-round, much better alternatives

Item displayed via Google at £33.00 and £8 standard delivery. After ordering, The price became £36.20 and £10.00 delivery. I then found this review site and cancelled my order with Wish. In my opinion, Google should not be hosting a platform for 'Wish' when it clearly deceives the public and then prevents any form of meaningful contact.

I ordered three items from Wish, and 1 out of the 3 items came to my house. This isnt the first time this has happened either. During Christmas time of last year, my mom ordered two cat trees from Wish (About $80 total), and none of them came to our door, and we got no notifications saying it was delivered or anything. I am very displeased with Wish, and my last order with the 1 out of 3 items will be the last order I ever made with them. Lousy service, and lousy company in general.

Although I have received a few inexpensive orders from them before, I purchased an item for almost 80 CAD and the order is missing. Wish doesn't answer my requests. I feel the site is a scam after all.

I ordered 2 pair of pants and it took 2 months to get them and then they were made small and did not fit. I contacted Wish customer service and told them of the fitting problem and send the pictures they requested and then they said they honored my order and would not refund my money or even offer to return them. This company is nothing but a Rip off and I will NEVER order from them again. And couldn't talk to a real person all communicate was online. They are a Terrible company that DOES NOT HONOR THEIR PRODUCT!AMC

The products on wish are blatant lies. They promote and sell one thing and supply something different. Then when you question them they just say... sorry you don’t like the product have a nice day! WTF! NEVER EVER BUY FROM WISH! If the price is too good to be true then you know it’s fake/junk.

I've been very satisfied with my purchased. I've mostly bought things like phone chargers, kitchen stuff like canisters, storage boxes, slippers, etc. and have been very happy with the quality given the very cheap prices. It does take 3-4 weeks to deliver. I also always look at ratings and reviews to make sure other users have liked the item. If the item doesn't arrive on time (has happened on some occasions) or is not up to the quality, Wish customer support has always refunded the money. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on total cart.

This company is a joke, a scam. They canceled my order without even telling me. I went to check on its delivery status, and it was canceled. No email. On top of that, they said my purchase had been refunded on 8/31, but could take up to 14 days to see in my bank acct. It's been 17 days, no one has gotten back to me, and they "aren't" accepting calls at this time (SHOCKER). I've written numerous emails and chat, which both say it cold take up to 3 days to respond. It's been 5. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I used them in the past and other than being a little slow it was fine. however on my order in March 2020, the drone didn't come. Wish kept telling me to wait for the delivery date to pass before the refund could be issued. Well the day after the delivery date went by they now tell me I'm beyond the time allowed for refunds and can only receive Wish Cash credit, which is useless if you can't get anything from them. government needs to shut this scam site down...

I ordered $100 worth of light fixtures and chose a new delivery option of ship to a local business with the promise that I would get an email from WISH with a pick up code telling me the items are ready. This scam saves buyers a few dollars on shipping, BUT IT IS A SCAM! NO EMAIL sent from WISH notifying that the items are ready (mine came a month early too) ONLY an EMAIL TELLING ME THEY ARE KEEPING 50% of the 100 paid as a restock fee and refund me the other half!! WISH then RESELLS YOUR ITEMS AT THAT STORE FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR!!! The shop owner said this happens to nearly ALL the ship to store orders (she continues to support this fraud because it pays the tax bills for her shop and the fraud is between WISH and the customer...UNREAL- NEXT comes the ridiculous problem with trying to solve the issue within WISH- what a nightmare- they purposefully set the auto dialog boxes to useless options so that the customer ends up royally screwed out of the items. Folks, this is fraud, I am done with WISH, and am going to my credit card for resolution.

I opened my pack to find one necklace exactly like the picture. The other one chain was broken. The lights one is working one is not. Pictures have been included. The other problem is I did not receive the sterling cuff bracelet. I sent an email only to be told to go to support. Email address does not address issues😲😲  and If to long I may not be refunded. I just received package on the 8th of Sept. SO here I'm hoping this is correct place?  Please refund me for defective pieces and one I didn't receive. I used Citi Bank card. 😊 They fight for their customers.  First time customer last time customer.

After trying many times to convince custermer service that an item that I am complaining about has mysteriously disappeared from my order history, they keep teling me to click on it and discuss with custermer service.Gone from just incompetence to something very dark.They seem to go to any to protect a dishonest seller.Dennis Godfrey

I ordered Seresto cat collars from a company in the eastern USA. They took the $$ and announced they were shipping from China. They refused to stop order and refund. TOOK A MONTH TO GET HERE. This website is a front for criminal enterprises that ship counterfeit products from China. They list an American contact when you are ordering, then ship (slowly) from China. WISH.COM will never respond and blame the seller when they are clearly in cahoots with them.

They showed a picture of one product and sent me a different product. A scam I never experienced before. Lucky for me it was only for 20 dollars. Cheap enough to learn about but still horrible scam. Support with wish is useless I will never buy from them again. I will share my experience on social media and hope everyone else does also. The only way to get rid of dishonest companies like wish.

Absolutely disgraceful they are quick to take your money but refuse to refund you when your items are not delevered so far I am in dispute for 2 items that's in my country UK over month late one was dumped at a post office 30 emails constant on wish support agency still not resolved absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers of over 3 years getting refund which I will get after they make me wait another 2 weeks I been disputing this from beginning of August

I ordered a phone from wish never received anything tried to get money back but told cant I feel I have been ripped off and seems you cant do nothing about it never buy from wish again don't risk losing your money

FINALLY received my T-shirt after waiting 4 months!!! Paper thin.... extremely poor quality. A total joke. I will NEVER buy again!!!!
