“they are simply scammers they send items that customer's have not even ordered and then not wanting to take any responsibility what so ever they should be taken to court and then closed behind bars in jail for the rest of their lives”

“I bought 3 ladies top that are meant to be linen and they are synthetic wich I can't wear. Very dissapointed so wont be recommending wish to any one. You should advertise the truth.”

“I checked on my tracking numbers on my orders and they showed the items were returned to the sellers without any explanation so I contracted Wish’s customer service via chat for assistance. Wish refunded for shipping charges but did not get any refund for the items I purchased. I tried to contact Wish again but Wish’s system doesn’t allow me to do so because items shipping charges were logged as refunded. Wish is crooked and I have no idea how to get help”

“I Purchased a number of earrings and it took quite a while but I knew corona was slowing everything down. Finally I received most of them (1 was broken) only to receive duplicates later. I check my order to be sure and also inform them this was happening. Then I checked my bank account, they had made a second charge to my card a couple days after my initial order. Told customer service that I wanted my money back but then the runaround began. Need order number (several times) need pictures, kept addressing it as a completely different problem that they made up, telling me to wait, wanted date, amount, currency, description. Was told I must have ordered it a second time and “I don’t understand your question”. I spent HOURS on this before I realize this was their plan all along. I had to contact my bank and cancel my card to prevent future fraudulant charges.”

“'Wish' - appropriate name. I wish I could finally get delivery of the garden tongs I ordered a couple of months ago. In the meantime my money is in their bank - that's a good business model. With leaves falling, I need the tongs now.”

“Received defective items. Have been trying to return for a week. All communication through emails. Back and forth every day. Requested explanation and photos. Sent them and still getting the run around. I had a plumber come to install faucets. He’s the one who said they were defective. I told them this and they’re still refusing to take responsibility. Don’t ever buy anything from this company.”

“Worst shopping experience ever - Wish sell absolute rubbish. You think you are getting a bargain because the photos look so good when the goods arrive they are nothing like the photos absolute rubbish fit only for the bin. It is impossible to contact them to return damaged or unwanted goods. I am still waiting for a response after three weeks. I still have the goods waiting to return them for a refund. Not recommended at all most of the reviews are written by people personally known to them. Since I have bought from them I have heard some nightmare experiences. My advice don’t buy anything from them don’t be fooled by false advertising and incidentally the rubbish comes from China. I would say items that stores won’t accept so they try to sell online.”

“Avoid this online store. If you receive an item that matches your expectation, good for you! But once you have an issue with the order, your nightmare starts. They try to play dumb on your by giving your irrelevant answers every time. their purpose is to discourage you from resolving the issue and they have no intention to make things right. for example, when you ask them why they cancel your order, they reply "please follow this procedure to get your refund". They want you to get frustrated and eventually give up to resolve it. Don't buy from this seller.”

“Gosh where to begin. They are not as cheap as they want you to believe. They might have good prices but they will get you on shipping, charging same amount even for same items. Problem is you don’t really know what you will get from them. But wait till you need to return them something. It’s practically impossible. Best case they will accept your return but you have to pay shipping to China. Good luck with that. Very Soviet like customer service. I was a customer but no more”

“Bought two tshirts, a hat and tweezers. Also bought a $2 Limited Quantity Deal, with a guarantee of a refund if not available. Received $2 refund but no refund for the postage charged!! $66 for postage for the five items!!!!! Customer service was non-existent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...If I could give minus stars I would.”

“A con bought boots when arrived too big I had a terrible time trying to return them ,asking me for pic, codes, postage,? then to be told I was a bad customer and constantly returning items? first time buyer felt undervalued, so I contacted consumer advisor got my refund in full and also kept the boots they didn't want them back.....Now on bbc Rip of Britain they are in the spotlight yet again avoid like corona they are so disrespectful to you and put you through hoops to return I think they paly with your feelings in the hope you give up..............”

“You don't get what you bought for!! It's about trust when you buy flowers or vegetables seeds from the sellers. My first experience with WISH was bleeding heart seeds. And after long time waiting for the delivery. I still have to be patience waiting to see its first bloom. Sowing the seeds, looking after the plugs to survive and grow till having the flowers open up. And the FLOWERS DIDN'T LOOK THE SAME AS ADVERTISED. IT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT!! Very disappointed. Most importantly, WISH said my complaint was out of refundable date. And I also bought 4 more of the fruits seeds packs from them before I had found out about the flowers wasn't look the same as I bought and expected. How can I trust what will I get from what I had bought from them then ??? Will never buy anything from Wish again. Lesson to learn.”

“I ordered 2 items from Wish 1 a pair of trainers which arrived 2 sizes too small with no return options & the other never arrest all. I contacted them they stated it had been delivered & that I should check local depot or surrounding my property. I informed them that due to an injury I have not left the house to miss it also if I had a card would have been put through the door stating where it was. They then stated I had signed for it on August 15th. What an outright lie as everyone knows that due to Covid-19 signatures have not been used for months. Do NOT use this company if you are on social media spread the word to protect others but definitely worth taking this higher to trading standards to stop them trading or advertising in the UK!! I have no photo of the jacket to show as I never received it & the trainers I will give to the homeless as I am fed up of arguing with this rip off dodgy company!! I will never order again & I would encourage everyone to contact trading standards. It’s impossible to track as you get a number but no delivery company name & contact details.”

“I have only just got a refund for a product i purchased in April. I am still missing lots of items from my orders. Trying to get in touch with wish is a drama in itself. Very unhappy with most things i purchased from wish. Either not as described, does not arrive faulty and squashed. Will never order from wish again. less that one star-10 stars. coast is not good when it does not arrive or takes 6 months to get here and $5.00 delivery for cutting dies is exhorbantly high. The dies themselves that i did receive are ok but the delivery makes them cheaper to buy in Australia. BAD & SAD.”

“They are frauds. They sent a product that doesn't work for what it was supposed to do. Then they give you the ridiculous runaround when you contact them to return it and get a refund. Save your money and DO NOT do business with them. They are deceitful and they are cheaters. It was not possible to get a refund. Forget them. Go elsewhere to do your business.”
