“On 8 of october 2020 I purchased a treadmill from Wish. The item was offered at a substantial discount on the Wish website. Ive paid by Klarna whole amount/ On 9october 2020 when I checked my order details it stated that the order would be processed on 15 october2020. On 15 october the order details stated the order would be processed on 22october 2020 Now the order details state the order will be processed on 29 october 2020….. HOWEVER… When I click on the Item, the following message appears: Oops Failed to find product with this ID. Every time I attempt to contact Customer Support via the app, to establish what has happened with my order, it goes into an endless loop and takes me back to the customer support page. I am seriously concerned that this is an example of fraud either by Wish or its seller, presumably in China, and accordingly have forwarded this complaint to Complain.biz I want this matter resolved immediately and I want to receive the treadmill as soon as possible. Thank you”

“The biggest fraudulent scam on the internet, if I could find a real person to speak with who actually listens and actually speaks English I would love start a Class Action Lawsuit against them, it is fraud plain and simply . DO NOT DEAL WITH WISH.COM IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD SAFE !!!!!!!!! You as the merchant indicate the price of each item when uploading products onto the platform. However, there may be a difference in the price suggested by the merchant and the price users see on Wish. ... “Stay away from Wish! Bought something months ago. After going back and forth and was apparently going to get it 2 weeks ago. Today I was told as it didn't arrive, chances are I won't get it all. I want my product as it's legally mine. I can't get a refund and definitely don't want credit Ridiculous! I can't believe they are still allowed to operate. Scammers and fraudsters!”

“This is not a safe company to buy from! I purchase from 3 different stores on wish The first order came 1/2 my order was missing..Wish did NOTHING to help me. They said tracking shows it arrived so.. Ok yes but half of it was missing?? Check package weight do something because this isn't right all they said well sorry your frustrated but tracking show it arrived?? What the heck.. Ok so I lost half my money on that order. Then the other order showed up Fake yes it was a completely fake product. I did not even try to contact wish at this point after being screwed over on the first order I knew they would do nothing. The prices are cheap because they are not authentic. If you order from Wish just know going into it you are taking a BIG risk on losing money.. Go to Trust-Pilot reviews you will see this is a trend they have of screwing people over. Stick to sites that protect your purchase.. Keep in mind to if you have a problem you Can Not talk to a customer service rep you can only submit a request and they send a generic reply..”

“do not buy from wish. if you do make sure you dont support WEDDING ROCK. they do false advertising. they do not even have the items they sell. its all a scam. the seller also tried to extort money from me illegally.after 3 months i still havent received the product at 304usd. search WEDDING ROCK>>>it is a fake criminal company extorting money from Wish customers”

“5f1e4a5b661f00cbc608a22e sywh008939607 Avatar Crazy Hippies 2 days ago hi i have ordered 8 x 3000w epistar full spectrum lamps from Wedding Rock. i only received 8 x 50w no name brand lamps. 2 was broken. wish customer support put me in touch with the merchandiser before the timeframe for a refund expired. the merchandiser refuse to help me. i dont want 50w lamp. i have paid for a 3000w lamp. but he refuse to assist me. he refuse to put me back to customer care. this has been going on for almost 2 months. so when i go to customer support i go through to the merchandiser and he refuses to put me to customer support. he is extorting money from me. i must pay him to get a refund every 3 days he just reply to me and only want to refund me 70 usd. this is not acceptable. how can he do this. how can wish alow this to go on. i want my 304usd or i want the 8 lamps of 3000w. this is what i have paid for. they also say that it is Epistar lamps. buT it is not. it is not even full spectrum like the box instructions indicate. the merchandiser has been refusing me my right to a refund because he did not supply me with what he avertised. and i have paid in full it has been too long now and i am fed up are wish a criminal organisation? why do you allow this dog to 3xtort more money from me. this is not fair why must i pay for shipping back the stuff. i did not want that 50w led. its not even worth a sent. i want what he advertized and what i paid for. this is not the way to do business wish. if you look at Wedding Rock store rating you will see this is an on going problem. this is not good. these guys are stealing peples money on your platform. why dont you react. are you also part of this and do you receive bribes from Wedding Rock. “Scam. Installed the Wish app, saw a good deal on shoes, purchased, received a confirmation, then received another email the next day that my order could not be fulfilled. Refund options were (1) Wish cash credit (no way) or a full refund to my credit card (should be the default) which takes up to 14 days. Not impressed, so I immediately deleted the app. I do not recommend Wish to anyone.”

“Please don't buy from Wish. I am 83 years old , was in the service. This company is the worst company i have ever dealt with. They only want to sell items. They don't care if you like the product or not. They have the worst return policy i have ever dealt with.”

“I have bought a lot of good items from Wish. I always pay with Paypal. I have had some problems with items but they have always refunded me back to Paypal with no unreasonable questions asked. I don't know why people are complaining or is that I have been lucky. I have been buying from Wish for 3 years.”

“I ordered some product I never got it. When I contacted customer service on my app the delivery day was keep changing even you could she the product was returned to the merchant It’s been 5 months ( still didn’t get the product and didn’t get my money back) Today I contacted customer service again this is the We're sorry about that. Unfortunately, the refund window for this item closed on Sep 17, 2020. This item is no longer eligible for refunds. I never buy anything on Wish anymore”

“To all Australian this is my experience of WISH, all items come China, mine took 6 weeks to never received. My experience is I'll never us WISH again. Never use wish their products are extremely cheap rubbish, badly made. The purchase system of $ discount is like winning first prize of Power Ball Lottery. I have purchased ten item, only one worked more than two weeks, some worked for one day! Wish has been the worst experience of my life. tr”
