“I ordered masks in May 2020 and on came in not in adult size like I ordered and the velcro on both sides are the same so it does not attach together. The other masks shipping date keeps getting pushed back and Wish does not allow you to cancel if it has been "shipped" and the shipping tracker for my masks is not up to date it keeps reading May 19 and it is now June 22.”

“DO NOT BELIEVE PRICES. ESPECIALLY NOT SALE PRICES!!! I ordered something that was on sale but was charged FULL PRICE!!!! Customer service was extremely unhelpful! This was my first AND LAST time I ever ordered anything from Wish.”

“I ordered a couple items in July of 2019, it is currently June 2020 and still haven't received them or any information on where they are (as it usually tells you the tracking info). The other items that I ordered came not at all what I had ordered. Please don't waste your money and time, it isn't worth it at all.”

“I purchased a beautiful quality bamboo mat 2m x 1.8m for with 2 silk cushions from WISH.COM, I received quite literally, a scrap of cardboard 15cm x 10cm. This was after a 2 month wait. The Wish website makes it impossible to explain the situation, or to get a refund. I will never buy from Wish again. With Amazon, the service is spot on and refunds are assured. It is sad to think there are those in the world who have no thought for their wider family of humans.”

“Don't bother. It's one big con. Been waiting 11 weeks. Reply to my emails always the same, requesting order no. and email address. Keep supplying it and also asking for refund but totally ignored. Don't buy Chinese, stick to Amazon, e-bay uk etc.”

“I been waiting on my order for 2 months still haven’t received not one an I supposed to receive one yesterday on the 20 of June still nothing an I paid $ 100 an can’t get no refund an it still say in progress really 2 months I don’t want the items anymore so I’m not entitled to a refund when it say solded out really angry an mad so they just took my money like that I placed this order on April 26 2020 an now it’s June 20 2020 bad business”

“The entire set up is a fraud. Wish.com will ensure that 1 or 2 deliveries are successful but will fail on the majority and keep extending a delivery time slot they have no intention of meeting. You will get an auto response from the AI customer service team, Its a smart approach, it avoids overwhelming litigation suits against them. Or does it..”

“Honestly the worst service and customer service I have ever received from an online company. Ordered my product on April 19th and was told the delivery date was going to be between April 27th and June 8th. I knew delivery might not be quick due to the global pandemic which I understood. Fast forward to June 21st and my order has been sitting at a Chinese depo since April 29th and hasn't moved at all! I have emailed their "customer service" (what a joke) department and they just keep extending the expected delivery date time saying that I cannot get my money back because it's still within the estimated delivery date!? It's very much not, they just keep pushing the date out further. I've emailed them 8 times and have made zero progress so I've had to lodge a dispute with my bank. Hopefully I'll be able to get my money back through them and take my business elsewhere. STEER CLEAR!”

“They keep your money without ever receiving the product you order. I received a notification asking for me to wait for my shipment with a 3 week delay. Customer support says I'm past the return timeline, and they want to give me Wish cash instead of my money back. Deleted the app- don't want Wish money, want MY MONEY.”

“I ordered guitar strap locks. They, like shoes, come in sets of two. The product was 'free' but made their bank in shipping fees. The ad shown two, the description said straplocks, plural. One showed up. Like getting one shoe. I complained to Wish that was deceptive and false advertising. Josephus basically told me to screw off, I had to go deeper into the website to see it was one. That depth could be construed to be one SET. During Josephus screw off message, the reference photo shown TWO straplocks. Unbelievable. Wish since changed the ad for that item to show one strap lock. Wish. I spent a lot of money there and ate a lit if nishiws, but I draw the line at being willfully and purposely deceived. Glad it was only $5.56. The next time I go to get a coffee, I will think how Wish deceived me out of the cost if a cup.”

“Absolute WORST ONLINE STORE. They charged me for things I DIDNT ORDERZ. They wouldn’t send me things I DID ORDER AND WOULDNT REFUND ME! They push back the window for delivery date so they can keep telling you they “won’t refund me because it’s still within the time frame for delivery” they LIE CHEAT AND STEAL and and NOBIDY SHOULD ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They’ve ripped off hundreds of thousands of dollars from thousands and thousands of people. I RUE the day I ever ordered from them. They still have over $700 worth of packages I ordered anywhere from two to four 1/2 MONTHS ago and won’t refund me and they NEVER ARRIVE.”

“My order never arrived. I discovered after making the purchase that I had my previous address, I was able to change this to current address, it was confirmed by wish after the change was made. My purchase was made on the 29th March. However expected delivery was between April 3rd- May 19 I discovered after it didnt arrive in May that I am unable to obtain a refund after 30 days. I am now stuck with a credit from wish. Will Never use wish ever again!!!!”
