I decided to get their ready made lasagne to make my efforts easier for Chritmas lunch and boy do I regret that decision. The lasagne tasted like tomato paste. The beef mince is non-existent and the whole thing is overpowered by a strong taste of tomato paste! My guests couldn't have been more disappointed!

Terrible service at Durban Weststreet Woolworths. The lady wasn’t really helpful after finding out I lost the cash that I was suppose to pay for the lay-by balance. Tried searching my bag and she was dead bored!!! Until I asked if can I pay with card she said No. and a lady beside her asked me if I have Capitec yes I can. I tried tapping my fwn and the payment wasn’t going through as I have 2cards on my wallet she called another lady to void my item with no communication or explanation that since my card isn’t working can I help onother customer while you still bussy on removing cards. Yhooo!! Starting from today you lost a customer I would rather visits onother Branch. And the name of the cashier is Ziyanda.

If there were an option for 0 stars , I would have choosen that. Worst experience ever. Do not advice you to use this service. My order got delivered at completely the wrong time. And returned when I was not home. Without correcting the issue. I called woolies dash 3 times and with no resolution. Only after 3 hours i got informed that its to late to late for them to do anything. Even called Nicholway woolworths where the delivery cam from. And they were completely unhelpful. Stating that they cant access the orders and cant be of any assistance. Save yourself the agony of dealing with them. Choose checkers rather. Even though their food not the sam quality, you will never get this bad service

Woolworths is part of a growing list of popular companies that no longer care about their reputation or quality of their goods/services. Their online delivery service has been getting progressively worse and the last straw was a delivery I received where half the items I ordered were not delivered. No apology, nothing, nada. They just don't care.

Woolworths app doesn't even deserve the one star, I wish I checked the reviews before I attempted the online purchase. My order was cancelled due to a technical glitch on the Woolworths side, and they cant explain why this happened. So now I sit with no order and money debited off my account. How is it brand like Woolworths have incompetent app designers, that cant get this right, when other brands like Checkers and Pick n Pay work perfectly well.

6-Fruit mince pie selection: Far too sweet and over the top to the point that it is unpleasant not to mention unhealthy. Definitely a case of more is not better.

street names wrong on map. Search engine impossible. Search samosas & it gives peanut butter. The app designer is an idiot & the bad experience chases customers away Back to Checkers60!

The worst service you can ever ask for! Imagine the whole department not having the drivers number at that time you’ve paid for a time slot! Horrible service I will never buy again ever! This is nonsense pure one!

Why break something that wasn’t broken? The Woolies Dash worked fine as a stand alone app and then you decide to combine it with the main Woolworths App and what a disaster ! The chat to the shopper hardly ever works so orders arrive incomplete without any knowledge to the customer and it’s highly annoying and irritating and maybe do something about whoever manages LONGBEACH Mall! Too many chiefs walking around with hands in pockets and showing no interest. Complaints fall On deaf ears it’s all just unacceptable. I shop daily using the app and it’s now an annoyance and no longer a pleasure or convenience. The app shows no stock, I get into my car and drive to the store only to find stock! Get your act together Woolworths ! Today my main ingredient wasn’t available and because your chat with shopper doesn’t work, your shopper called me to tell me this so I told him to cancel the entire order which wasn’t done so the driver arrived within 5 minutes with the rest of the order which served no purpose as the main ingredient was missing! I sent it back and expect a full refund by close of business today! Such bad service that I have never experienced before

I wish I had looked at these reviews before purchasing from Woolies but seeing that they are well-known and trusted brand in the retail store arena, I just assumed that they would keep that level of quality online as well. They have basically scammed me out of my money. I purchased multiple pairs of shoes form my baby and nothing has been delivered to me. When I track the order, it shows that it has been delivered but yet I know nothing of this delivery. I have checked and found that the address & contact number that I entered are both correct. When I try to reach out to customer service I am met with unbelievable incompetence and then complete silence.

Can't I give it a zero? This service is so incredibly bad; from taking money without delivering products, through to poor communication and seldom getting an order right. When compared to competitors, just not worth the hassle!

Terrible service for the 2nd time in the Cafe at WW Woodlands! Took 45 min for a simple breakfast! Staff too busy talking and shouting to each other! When complaining the male manager did not even come to our table to apologize! So sad as the meals were always excellent! Sorry you won’t see us again!

Poor customer service-Credit card .Acquisition department and ID verification department ignore emails and never respond. At first I was sent back and forth then was ignored completely with no feedback requested.

I bought gluten-free banana muffins from the Strand Woolworths and was horrified to find rat droppings in my muffins!!! I will never buy anymore baked goods as they obviously leave their flours somehow exposed!
