I bought 2 pies at the branch in The Parks on Jan Smuts Ave One was chicken and mushrooms, my husband has NO chicken in his just gelatinous sauce, I had a spinach one, if there was half a leaf in it that was a lot, no wonder I buy most of my groceries at Checkers, Woolworths is just a rip off these days Very unhappy customer

Overall, Woolworths SA represents quality, but the Woolworths "koeksisters" (quotes intentionally added) are horrendous and are a disgrace to South African heritage. Either change the recipe or take it off your product line, but something needs to change.

I love Woolworths and will continue to shop at Woolworths....besides the quality, I am a humble patriot the main reason I shop at woolworths is because it's supports local.....my wife recently bought me a boot for winter which unfortunately lasted just over 2 months as it started giving in. I returned it and was not disappointed with the Woolworths is promise of quality... A full refund was given... However in my honest opinion which I hope sends a message to the buyers....we never ever had a problem with your quality of shoes before and I have 3 boys..... Inferior produced items will destroy your brand and the promise of quality you stand for.

Been to Vangate woolies after a few years today. Me and my daughter and 10mnth old grandchild, and what a beautiful experience got to the till with clothing and a few snacks. Little 1 got a bit irritated being in the trolley for a while and the cahier Inshaaf did not give me a chance to ask her if she could ring the prawn chips first before the rest of the other items,to give to the baby. And it was done with a smile it was extremely observant of her and still had the time to give us a smile. This is the type of service you expect going shopping, but that is a big burden for some staff at the opposition. Store manager Mr Nqaba just as helpful thank you once again for making my shopping experience in your store so pleasant

I'm really not happy with the treatment I received from Woolworths Newcastle Mall, was buzy shopping on Baby boy section. While I was busy with the shopping she showed up took the size I'm looking for took hide it for herself. I was told to come back in the shop to check some other time if that item came back where else as a customer I'm in store she took the size and hide it. I was really not happy by the staff, is it the way Woolies management though their staff to treath customers in their stores. LINEN BLEND BIOLER SUIT

Woolies pretends to care for customers but when things go wrong, which seems to happen more and more often lately, they have one of the worst customers services. You always feel left “empty”. You might get your delivery or refund eventually, but not without effort from the customer. Not even when they are late do they make a effort to make contact and manage expectations with the customer. They just leave their customers frustrated and having to contact the contact centre themselves. Hold forever to speak to a call agent. Then when you finally jump from nr 7 to 1 after holding forever, they drop the call. After another attempt you get to someone with reading an emphatic message from a pre written script with no explanation on why your order is late or what time you can expect it. Woolies you need to do better. I like your products but the effort is more than the joy.

I am very disappointed to say that this is the second time we have not received a call to collect our food order, and the food is being send back without proper communication. I am truly frustrated with Woolworths and their delivery partners.This lack of communication is frustrating and inconvenient. I wait days for my money to return into my bank account due to Woolworths not doing their job properly. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

This is my 1st online purchase and it has been a nightmare. The courier “tried to deliver” twice. I was never contacted in regard to the delivery so I don’t know who they phoned. I confirmed my contact details on numerous occasions with customer services. I will never use this service again.

Appalling customer service!!!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Woolies Dash. I placed an order for groceries yesterday, and not only have they not arrived, but I have also been given the runaround by customer service with no resolution in sight. I am unsure whether it is incompetence or arrogance but something is going on there! Despite the money being deducted from my account, I was informed that I would receive a refund instead of the groceries I ordered. The refund is going to take 3-5 working days, instead of asking me to pay for another delivery fee of R35. I don't want the money in my account I want the groceries!!! This is unacceptable, especially since I had to call to initiate the refund process. Had I not called, when would this have been addressed? This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope Woolies Dash can improve their service to prevent such issues in the future. They can learn a thing or two from CheckersSixty & PicknPay ASAP

I sent a query through to woolies regarding my late mom's death benefit on 05/09/24. And this is the response i received from Ashley Mayer on the 13/09/24. Dear Tamle Family Identity Number: 570206.... Thank you for your e-mail. My condolences to you and your family. We have sent the claim for an assessment. Kindly send us a follow up e-mail after ten working days to get the outcome. Should you require additional information, you are welcome to contact us via e-mail. Kind regards Ashley Meyer Insurance Clerk (Account Management Services) I'm convinced that our query and loss is not even prioritized by this company, whilst a company like TFG took at most 5 days to process our insurance claim through their underwriter guardrisk. Woolies your day will come, trust me on that one!!

I ordered slippers but received Bra's instead. I notified WOOLWORTHS immediately and they promised to fix this as it was not my problem. 2 weeks later I am here with an order that doesn't belong to me and many "we are sorry" messages from WOOLWORTHS. Their online service is very very bad I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It cause frustrations and emotional stress

Your 4 Citrus & Vanilla Danishes it must be the worst I have ever had . You can not chew through that tuff dough . The prise is beyond a joke . I do not understand that Woolies management would put that on the shelves for sale .

I ordered Waygu mince on the Woolworths Dash app on 15 August. When it was delivered, I put it in the freezer - because I didn' want to use it right away. I took this mince out of the freezer on 4 September to use it it was off. Horribly off. I am pregnant and have a 1 year old who was supposed to eat this - it could've made massive issues for me. I emailed the HELP from the app, and much to my dismay, I received a response from Nomvuyiseko Mbathiwe saying I don't have a valid complaint because the meat was supposed to be used by 16 August. So, when I purchase ANYTHING from Woolworths, FROZEN, I need to use it immediately?? This meat was delivered to me already off. There is NO WAY, it could've gone off in the freezer - its not how science works. I want my money refunded. And I want the rude and unhelpful client service agent addressed. This is NOT the client service expected from a shop like Woolworths.
