Would give less than one star if I could what as happened to the quality of your clothes ordered two skirts would have had to be on stilts to wear them plus material so thin one blouse which was so screwed up it looked like a old polishing rag no shape to it just a cut out square and the cardigan well not worth discribing always bought from yours but last time No wonder when I took back to shop to get refund it was empty though I ordered this online what happened to your clothes seen better in charity shops

What is going on with the quality of your clothing?! I bought a coat and I would have had to have arms that reached the floor for them to fit. Returned. In the same batch I received a top with a huge stain across the back (I have washed it and it’s fine but still) And another top which I took on holiday only to find it had a hole in it which I hadn’t noticed and thank god I don’t have fat arms because the arms are a very snug fit. The quality used to be great but not any more. Very disappointing!

Have had to return my order. Hermes have had it for nine days now and still not received by Yours Clothing. I am expected to wait for 21 days for my refund. If not received, then and only then can I chase it. !!! Appalling service

Order a coat, it didn't come! So phoned up, girl at the shop said there's no customer service number anymore 😕 But I rang the number anyway got through to customer service!! She said it's out of stock! That I was refunded, why didn't they send email? Common courtesy would have been nice.

Yours Bexleyheath. The shop assistant needs customer relation training. Twice we've been in there and twice the same lady has been abrupt and rude. Will not be shopping in there again.

The staff is lovely but the clothing is very poor quality. I have returned cardigans that were just falling apart after one use. My son bought me a grey jacket for 90 euros and the material is just frayed at the seams. Very poor quality material. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone especially since the quality of the clothing does not match the price

If I could give zero I would .. I have used yours numerous times but on this occasion I have been treated appallingly.. I returned 9 items of 11 .. made sure they were securely packed to be only refunded for 7 .. I messaged them to be told only 7 items were scanned when returned so I must have only returned 7.. well sorry but I think I know what I kept I even sent the copy of the invoice I had taken to show what was returned but they still won't return my money .. I can't get through on the phone and everything I reply to what they say I get a different answer.. also I don't know why you fill out a returns label as the items they say I returned have seemingly all be returned for the same reason when I had put my different reasons for returning items .. very poor customer service I will not be using again .. now just to find out how to get my money back that they owe me

I ordered 2’ tops in your shop yesterday and was all ok then I get email this morning saying they out off stock when they payed for the other thing I ordered 2 jeggings you send one pair wrong so at to order again other order I make to come yet maybe got lost much as I love this shop if it keeps happening will stop looking at your shop thanks

Terrible customer service... They obviously cut-and-paste a generic answer I have been bounced back and forth between their customer service emails and their carrier APG both of which are woeful in servicing the customer.... Yours clothing is saying they have sent the item the carrier is saying it has not been delivered to them.... I have been told to wait for it to turn up but how can that happen when the carrier has not yet received it... Sensible argument does not seem to move these people to actually try and help I would advise anyone to keep away from this shambolic company... I have seen positive reviews so I imagine if everything goes well they are okay but if there is a problem they are a nightmare

I ordered and it was sent to the same road name but different town postcode and took 4 days for a answer cause it was delivered it was my thought don t even know twin or postcode I won t shop here again joke

I received the LTS Pink Soft Shawl Collar Dressing Gown (Item #194959) but need to return it. There wasn't any paperwork in the mailing bag, and by accident, I deleted the email confirmation after placing the order. I've tried to explain to your returns dept. that I do not have the order number, but the reply is just a form letter. HELP!!! If this is not resolved by your company, consider me a FORMER customer. Your customer service is pathetic.

I find the quality of their clothes are very poor. They have great choice in terms of fabric, sizes, styles but I've had so many clothes from them that I've returned due to poor quality fabric/holes in the seams etc. I have recently bought the same type of clothing from an other well known shop for less money and far superior quality. Yours Clothing need to look at the quality of what they're selling

Having given a very poor review I am delighted to say the company is giving me a full refund. Unfortunately my ruched sides swim skirt was not fit for purpose but I can of course understand that some items may fall short of our expectations.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a black ruched sides swim skirt to take on holiday. Don’t buy this item as it’s not fit for purpose! Imagine my horror when I exited the pool to find the black dye running out. I washed it in the bathroom sink and the black dye stained my hands and nails. I put it on the drying rack and the dye continued to pour out onto the balcony floor! This item is not fit for purpose! Item number 150070 and the return policy is clearly flawed as they won’t accept my word for it and they want the item! It was only £12.79! Basically you get what you pay for. I wasn’t prepared to pack it with my lovely clothes to travel home. Worst company to deal with and I won’t ever be buying from them again.

If you inquire about a failed delivery, they won't help track the item. The only response is a robotic automated reply via email. According to their policy if the driver send GPS at your address its delivered.. However my item was not delivered to my address the driver left it five neighbours away, left no card to indicate where left. This I found out by catching the driver a few days later.
