Spent time designing a t-shirt but when I went to purchase it found out the shipping on a 14 dollar shirt was almost 17 dollars. Not a legitimate company!!!

Terrible print quality on postcards I ordered - the images of a classic poster were clearly taken from the internet. Overpriced products for poor quality.

I needed some notecards and Zazzle had some nice options, but the shipping cost was like 50% (or more) of the purchase price! As consumers we have so many options, there's just no reason we should pay almost as much for shipping as we pay for the purchase item. I thought as a courtesy I would tell Zazzle privately why I'm unsubscribing and deleting the "you left something in your cart" emails, but you can't reach them without a wild goose chase. And now I see that the reviews are almost all bad! I've been a customer for a long time, but Zazzle has driven me away.

Sent wrong product….credit was supposedly issued but it’s tough to find…..was charged for faster shipment and replacement order is still is on route .

We ordered custom tiles. Within 10 months they completely faded. I sent pictures and asked for a refund. They said their return policy is 30 days. Their product is inferior. Do not order!!

Zazzle is a horrible discriminatory company that refuses business based on egregious misconceptions put forth by Marxist Social Justice Warriors. They have flat out refused my business because of my political leanings, which is in direct violation of the Unruh Act (see Harris v. Capital Growth Investors XIV, 52 Cal.3d 1142 (1991)). Then they proceeded to hide beyond their "User Agreement", which after reading in its entirety, did not back their decision. When I asked them to specifically cite which portion of the Agreement I violated I was gove a response "we will not work with you". Please, I implore you, take your business elsewhere to companies who do not act like Brown shirt facists.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CREATING ANYTHING W/ THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.. SO YOU TRAVEL.. YOU TAKE PICTURES OF THESE MEMORIES... WELL DON'T TRY TO COME HERE AND PUT THEM INTO A DESIGN... BECAUSE THEY SUCK AND WON'T LET YOU USE YOUR OWN PHOTOGRAPHS THAT YOU PERSONALLY TOOK... MADE A BEAUTIFUL DESIGN FOR A FAMILY MEMBER WEEKS AGO.. THIS MORNING I FIND OUT THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER.. NOW I HAVE NO GIFT FOR SATURDAY'S PARTY.. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY... WORST EXPERIENCE....AVOID AT ALL COST

Took £12 from my account for Black membership. When queried, they said order wasn't completed so charge would be refunded. It never was. A year later, another £12 is taken out, and they refuse to reimburse. Never deal with them!

I ordered custom napkins. I was disappointed in the quality, texture is certainly not that of a dinner napkin. Packed/packaged very poorly, several wrinkled and not useable. They are closer to “cream” than white. Not worth returning or doing over. They will be on the drink bar, people won’t care about quality. They will not be used for dinner. I should have known better than to order sight unseen.

Im extremely disappointed and wont be using this website again, nor do I recommend others to. I ordered a product for my mums 60th birthday, I paid $30 extra to have expedited shipping and it arrived over 3 weeks late. The web domain also does not reflect the country it would be made in, nor where it is shipped from which is very misleading. I ordered from a NZ website, and only found out it was being shipped from USA when I received a FedEx shipping notification. It is also not clear the shipping guidelines are for AFTER manufacturing, not from time of order.

No available customer service. Poor product quality, very overpriced. Paid 27.90 extra for expedited service and product was late arrived in poor condition because their packaging was inadequate. Offered a 25% discount on my next order as if I would ever order from them again!

I will never be using zazzle for anything ever again. I paid for a Disney design from somewhere else and just needed it printed. I paid for Zazzle to just print my invitations and send them to me. Then I got an email hours later stating they cancelled my order because it didn’t meet content standards. Absolutely ridiculous that because it’s Disney they can’t even print it. It’s not even THEIR DESIGN!! They were just PRINTING IT! Also they took my money immediately but said in the email that I needed to wait about 7-10 business days to get my money back when they cancelled my order the same day. Imagine that. 2 weeks to get my money back for something that was cancelled same day.

Ordered a birthday gift from Zazzle, not knowing that the domain did not reflect the country that the item was made in nor would be shipped within. Did not clearly stipulate that shipping would occur after manufacturing of the product and without being able to predict how long it may take for the item to be cleared through customs (only discovered it was manufactured overseas once notification identified through UPS that item had cleared customs) it has lead to the item not arriving in time for its intended purpose. Upon writing to zazzle to question why all of this information is not clearly identified prior to purchase, the answer received felt dismissive. Will never purchase from this site again!!!

The shipping cost for post it notes $15. That's just rediculous,,, it takes forever to recieve anything,,,, Still waiting for my things I needed before going into hospital(cancer) Just rediculous

I ordered postcards from Zazzle to send to my husband in a nursing home with loving messages. I have only seen him twice in a year & the whole family was going to partcipate. 10 days AFTER the order the postcards haven't shipped. The shipping was expensive & now it is too LATE. I ordered postcards from Etsy & had them in a few days. Zazzle is not whst it used to be. If you can't ship postcards in a few days you shouldn't be in business.

My experience with Zazzle has been terrible. They held my invitations up in "review" for so long I could not use them. I called twice before they were printed and mailed and asked what in the world could take over a week to review but was forced to cancel the order. The customer service was the best part of my experience. They were all extremely nice. I cancelled the order while they were still "in review"- After I had printed them locally and after they were all mailed - I was shocked to see Zazzle had charged them to my account and mailed them! They took the charge off my account when I called a third time but what a terrible experience. The invitations were very pretty but do not order unless you have weeks to wait.
