Zazzle prices are out of sight. I ordered two rolls of wrapping paper at a cost of $49.22 plus shipping of $5.06. I purchased this only because I wanted a special gift for a friend, but I will never purchase from Zazzle again.

I purchased McKinlay plaid fabric for a doll that I was having made. The lady who was making the doll said that it was the worst fabric she had tried to work with. It was cotton but she said that it was either very old or very cheap fabric and was actually tearing apart as she tried to work with it. I paid over $30 for a yard of fabric. I filled out their survey but they never responded.

Received puzzle and it was missing pieces. Picture didn’t look like it did online. Very disappointing.

I needed two yard signs for very important one day celebrations. I placed my order with Zazzle and paid $25 for express shipping in order to receive the signs by April 23 or 24. Well, those days have come and gone. Zazzle never reached out to me about this so I reached out to customer service. I was told I could receive a refund of the shipping amount which is nice, however, not helpful in receiving my signage. Customer service said they don’t know when I’ll get my signs. So frustrated. If you really don’t know when you’ll get a product to a customer, please don’t make guarantees at the order stage. I recognize right now things are challenging overall in the world, but when I placed my order, there was no caveat about possibly delayed shipping only a statement that I WOULD receive it April 23 or 24 and now they won’t even give me an expected date. Not sure how you can feel good about this?

Currently have an order for a custom puzzle and have been waiting 4 weeks and it still is in the “making” phase with no future date of completion. Despite the current situation which I understand might have some impact..4 weeks and counting is beyond not acceptable..if I had known at time of ordering I would have ordered my puzzle elsewhere

They are still advertising a "China Sucks" t-shirt on their website, with pics and all. Very appropriate considering today's state of affairs. I ordered it and a few hours later, I get a E-Mail stating " Unfortunately, we are unable to process part of your order which contains designs that are in conflict with our content guidelines." Why would they advertise and take an order for something they don't want to sell? They were still going to ship the $10 worth of masks for the original $7.95 fee. I told them to forget it. Got the shirt elsewhere too!

Ordered a puzzle a month ago. Its 'still being made'. Not even dispatched yet for delivery (which they say can take 5-8 business days). Appreciate COVID-19 is making things more tricky, but would have appreciated an ETA of time to make the item on the website before buying.

I ordered a birthday card for our grandsons birthday which was last Saturday, I thought I had ordered with plenty of time ( 1 week), unfortunately it still has not arrived, I had a notification last Thursday to say ‘great news your order has been produced’.......really, that is no good to me, how disappointing, this is my first and definitely my last time I will use your company.

Ordered a 30 piece jigsaw puzzle for child; they sent a 250 piece puzzle instead. When contacted customer service they said sorry - that what I ordered despite sending screenshot of receipt showing 30 piece - offered 20% discount on future order - just like offered to anyone at website. With such poor customer service would never recommend this company to anyone.

They have a "China Sucks" t-shirt advertised on their website with pics and all. I ordered it along with 10 paper masks. They sent me an email saying they cancelled the shirt due to it not meeting some "standsrds" they have. But, they were still going to ship me $10 worth of masks and charge me the original $7.95 shipping ! I am trying to just cancel the whole order. Just a totally stupid business. They still have the shirt on their website! STAY AWAY!

I ordered a cruise ship puzzle for my grandson when it arrived it looked nothing like the item on their site it looked liked something you would get in a xmas cracker it was disgusting it cost £25 !!! I wish they could have seen the looked of disappointment on my 7 year old grandson .. but then going by the reviews on their website they seem not to care STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Overly complicated process for… Overly complicated process for customising merchandise. They have issues with their user interface as what you see is not what is sent out, resulting in image being cropped. Customer service were quick to respond, although giving me a future discount that only last 1 day is useless.

Every shirt I designed was given the "not approved" stamp yet they still charged my credit card. Go to Redbubble or TeePublic where your money actually counts for something.

Ordered a phone case. It broke within 8 hours of receiving it. My phone fell out of my pocket while I was sitting and broke on a linoleum floor. Total waste of money.

I love the postcards I received however I only received partial of my order and never heard back after that.This was in October and trying to contact someone about it has been such a headache. I’ve emailed and called still nobody has tried to reach out to me.Terrible customer service.

2 weeks after a $40 order for 3 jigsaw puzzles that their site indicated were IN STOCK - THE reason I ordered from them - ONLY one of THREE items were delivered without explanation. Their website indicated that all three items were delivered. When I inquired via chat/email, I was informed that they 'were in the process of being produced". When I buy online, vendors get one chance - if they screw up AND make it good, we're OK. When they screw up, and offer some weak excuse for not delivering as advertised/promised, like two weeks after order that item in stock, "is being produced", that is all they will get from me. All I wanted was what I paid for when I was supposed to get it. That did not happen. It's that simple.

I ordered a baby onesie and when it arrived, the snaps did not work at all. Once you request a return however, you can't leave a review on the product. That's probably why the ratings were so good.

Wanted $20 shipping on $35 order of postcards. Also dangled 20% discount for signing up for their promotions to firstimers not revealing that it didnt apply to bulk discount.
