Ordered on April 26 th , paid extra for faster shipping , ( May 21 /May 29 th) , it’s now June 8 th , and I haven’t received my order ! They charged me right away , but no product ! Received several canned email apologizing for the delay ! Just stay away from that company !

I ordered 2 masks April 21st for my Grandson, never got em, it's June 7th. I received an email almost 2 weeks ago and they said they were going to be shipped 5 to 7 days. Ugh. So frustrating.

Insider here: Zazzle is notorious for delivering orders extermely late during holiday seasons(in these case GLOBAL PANDEMIC) ie, Christmas, Mother's/Father's Day. Once they take your money the clock STOPS ticking regarding when you will receive your order and becomes "IF" you will receive your order. As far as customer service, they just turn off phones and redirect to recordings. It's unfortunate they choose to profit from this crisis and take the same approach with people's health/safety as they do with late Christmas cards. Regardless, they still have your money and you have no product. They have extremely poor(being generous) manufacturing planning. Marketing is never aligned with manufacturing at the cost of on time delivery to the customer. I believe their selling point was 24hr turn-around. Last point a friend purchased masks and had the same experience. Mask order came a month after ordering and had a very visible unsightly white box around image. Overly priced as well. Good luck all, be safe and don't count on Zazzle.

I ordered masks back in April. Have not heard from or seen them. I want a full refund since I already got masks.

I ordered face masks on 3/14/20. Status is still at "making". Its 6/5/20. Emailed company yesterday. Very dissatisfied.

I will never shop with them I ordered over a month and only got half my order I been constantly trying to contact but have received no response

I ordered 2 items they claim 1 shipped on 5/19 and I still don't have. the other item I ordered was to arrive 6/3 - 6/9, but it hasn't shipped. Have tried to contact them by phone and email for over a week and no response and they don't answer the phone. Chat is not available.

I ordered several masks on April 18, it is now June 3rd and I am still waiting for them. I will not be shopping with them again. I told them if I don't receive them by 6-8-20, I will expect a full refund. I guess I will see how that goes.

I placed an order on 4/12 for masks. Said they would deliver in 2 weeks. The sent another email stating. Delay up to 2 more weeks. Today is 6/3 still no masks and no response to several emails requesting updates. I will be calling my credit card company to file a complaint in the am. I want to make sure the charge didn’t process when they went into making over 6 weeks ago! Scammers

One of the items I ordered and paid for was missing when I received the package. You cannot reach anyone at the phone number listed, the chat button on the website does not work, multiple emails have gone unanswered, I only ask for the item I paid for. Do not waste your money or time with this unreputable company!

I ordered masks from Zazzle because it was a company that I had heard of before (friends had ordered invitations and were satisfied customers). What a joke. I ordered masks on April 24 and the estimated delivery date was between May 22-June 2. We’ll, they never arrived. Do not order from this company. They are taking advantage of the Covid-19 situation to scam customers!

I ordered on April 29,2020 and still waiting for my order. Many Phone calls and put on hold for hours with no one to assist me. I spent 102.00 dollars on some face mask and haven't receive them. How irresponsable

Back in 2014 I tried to buy a shirt from zazzle. I printed “I can’t breathe” on the shirt. I later got an email stating they could not process my order bc of their policy. #boycottzazzle

My husband ordered a puzzle as a gift for me. It arrived on time, but was much smaller and easier than expected. I have contacted customer support half a dozen times and tried to call at least that many times- crickets. I want to return for credit. I have used them before and been very satisfied, but I am very disappointed with this experience. I understand things are not normal, but this is pretty simple to handle online.

Zazzle No Longer Dazzles Warning! Place your order a month or two in advance if you want your items on time! What Zazzle does now is hijack your order if you don’t pay for the over excessive shipping cost to have the order expedited. I ordered two gift bags May 19, 2020. The bags have not been shipped yet though Zazzle states that the bags would be shipped after 7 business days, to date May 30, 2020 the gift bags are still in the making status! Being that I live in los angeles and Zazzle is up North in (Redwood city) CA. My past orders have always arrived on time, days before my events. Now that they have 3 shipping options (greedy blood suckers) your order will be mailed out according to that date. So with that said personalized gift bags is the only reason I continue to use Zazzle because Vista print does not offer that service yet. Vista print is actually better than Zazzle in many ways. Unlike Zazzle, Vista print offers a variety of vibrant colors, they are much more liberal when it comes to using celeb or designer content on your designs! and their cost efficient. You definitely get more for your buck at Vistaprint, they won’t dissapoint! Zazzle no longer Dazzles! How sad.

I was supposed to get masks I ordered in April by May 27 by expedited service. It is May 29 and no masks. They were quick to charge but not to deliver. Contacted credit card company to dispute charge as not delivered as promised.

I also ordered 3 masks on 4/27. Estimated delivery 5/27 thru 6/3. If they have not arrived by that time, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card which they have ALREADY billed!
