The photos for my sons thank you cards were taken professionally and looked fine on the preview when I made them. When I got the thank yous I was very disappointed because the photos all came out so grainy. I looked into returning them but it seemed like such an ordeal and you have to pay for your own shipping to send it back so unfortunately I had to use the ones I had.

I wouldn’t even give Zazzle a 1 star but zero stars wasn’t available. When I printed the invites for my baby shower they had no issue printing them even though it was a purchased template. When I went to print the thank you cards for the baby shower they cancelled my order with a horrible excuse. They printed my baby shower invites which were also Pooh and not offered by them but when I went to print my purchased template of Pooh for the thank you card they denied it. They had already taken the money from my bank account and are not willing to accommodate me in any way to make things right. I wouldn’t recommend Zazzle to my worst enemy. Avoid using at all costs because this company is a complete disappointment.

I'm so disappointed. Cheap material feels like paper. I ordered bling name tags and there is no bling..UGH!

They are the worst !!! . They don’t know what they’re doing , it seems like there is never anyone there to answer the phone . Who starts their customer service at 12 pm eastern standard time ? Really ? Hire some remote people on the EAST COAST!! The shipping is terrible . I paid a hefty $25 for expedited two day shipping that I ordered over a week ago and have not received my order yet .I want my shipping fee back now . This is the WORST , most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with . They need to Train their staff and get their customer service together for god sakes . I’m at my wits end with these people .

Don't order if you need by a certain date. I was assured that my item would arrive prior to an anniversary date. It did not. As of the date of the anniversary the only thing done was the shipping label was printed. My card was charged when order was placed.

Why is shipping so expensive on Zazzle? Over $15 to send a birthday card or a couple of pages of address labels. Please explain the high cost of sending a piece of paper.

After paying for my child’s graduation announcement they canceled my order stating trademark issues because I had in the announcement that she is attending Oregon State University. They said they can’t produce anything with that name on it. What kind of announcement WOULDNT state a school? Idiots.

I ordered special personalized wedding shower napkins on Jan. 27, 2022. I was told they would be delivered by April 28, 2022. My shower was May 7, 2022. When they didn't arrive by May 1, I called customer service. Guess what? They had not even started them. No email...no anything stating they were not going to arrive. Don't waste your time on the trash company. Oh, and my debit card went through the day I placed the order. We'll how long it takes to get a refund.

I would give them zero stars. I am very disappointed. I placed my order for yard signs on 4/12/22. Delivery was supposed to be by 4/26. On 5/2 I spoke with customer service who guaranteed I would have my order on 5/6. I didn’t see my account update on 5/3 as I was told so I called again. I was then told the same thing that my order would ship by Thursday, 5/5. Today, nothing. I called again and could not get confirmation that my order would ship today. How long does it take to print two small yard signs? Now I have nothing for my daughters college graduation. Don’t order anything from this website. I’m hoping I actually get a refund.

Half my cards were misprinted and customer service ignored 4 of my attempts to resolve the issue until I gave up. Never again. AVOID!!

I was very disappointed in the product. It is almost embarrassing. I ordered bereavement thank you CARDS, and received the flimsiest single piece of paper (thinner than a normal piece of paper). This is suppose to be a keepsake of my son's life and this is what I waited 2 weeks for! Extremely disappointing!! Even if they were free it would be too much.

I would give no stars if possible. My experience was nothing but terrible. We placed and order and PAID for something we needed way in advance. Everything was IN STOCK and the order went through. Almost 3 weeks later, I emailed in to get an update on my order as we needed this for a VERY important event, as they had a sponsors information on it. I was assured by 3 different representatives that it has been expedited in production and there is nothing to worry about it would be arriving either last Friday (4/22) or Monday (4/25 which is also the day of event) if not earlier. I was told this three different times by three different people. I was finally at ease they were going to arrive on time; no problems. I reached out multiple times yesterday morning as the event was at 1:30pm. I never heard anything at all back until day of the event at 1:23 pm that you are unable to fulfill the order as the paper napkins were out of stock. WHY? This should have been looked at closely and I should have been notified way prior like on the day I placed the order. I am ashamed I even decided to go with Zazzle for this order and will never be using you again in the future nor recommending to anyone.

Very unsatisfied with the way my buttons turned out. Poor printing quality and the majority arrived damaged. Also, PAID for PREMIUM shipping for a couple of name tags. Tags were estimated to be delivered by TODAY. ONLY to find out that it has not been picked up by USPS yet. People pay high shipping prices expecting their items to come within a certain time frame. Zazzle is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!
