Ordered masks for my mother’s memorial on 10-14-2021 and they keep saying check back on the shipping and the label was printed on 10-27-2021 and still not showing it shipped! Bad response time and they are not going to make it on time. Liars and horrible customer service!

Zazzle has gone woke. I designed a shirt that said nothing bad and they cancelled it because they said it goes against their guidelines. Making stuff up as they go I guess. I'll never be a customer again.

They took full payment and never shipped my items. It's been over a year and the order status still says "in transit" this is a scam website and all the positive reviews are paid for.

They shipped the wrong order and didn't ship my other order. I had to call and have them reprint and ship it .

They set their default option for shipping to be signing up for their yearly membership. I realized my mistake and immediately contacted customer service. According to the terms of their membership which I had no intent of signing up for, there are no refunds. Stay away from this company. There are better options.

They are just a third party drop ship company. They have no control over any of the order fulfillment functions or the shipping timeline. They use some new cheap shipping service called UPSMI that is terrible and takes weeks to deliver a box of shirts uder 800 miles. Just go else where for a better purchase experience!

I ordered a face mask on August 28, and received it today, October 9, 2021, which a total mystery. It is a cute design, but very small. NO WAY to fit a filter into the pocket. I won't be buying from them again.

Don’t order from zazzle. I ordered memorial cards for a family member’s funeral and paid for expedited shipping. When I checked the order I saw a comment that it was delayed. It took multiple calls before I got someone to promise to expedite the order and have it shipped to me in time for the service. I was told they would email me as soon as they had updates but I never heard from them. A death in the family is stressful enough without adding failed orders, lies and bad customer service to the experience. Disgraceful.

This company pretends to be locally based by using country specific domains. Don’t trust their delivery times. I was promised 2-5 days for delivery of a birthday card and it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting. Maybe it will arrive for their next birthday.

Ordered five personalised cup! Three weeks later look to see how it’s going Thursday evening! Says being made than check Sunday later & they’ve been cancelled due to copyright yet all that was going on our cups were our own logo! How stupid is that! Got no confirmation from them as to any of the processes! Email about cancellation make me send all the required info than turn around and say I need to send email from email address set up on zazzle! Not happy at all! 126.00 NZD that’s floating around in their bank acc because they cancelled it. So this company obviously doesn’t have pride in their customers service or the dot procedures behind the scenes because it looks like you have to chase them via email with no direct number to call

I ordered two tshirts from them only to be receive an email that my order was cancelled because of "content guidelines." Why don't they check the content when it was submitted instead of when an order was placed? I will never order from them again.

I created and ordered a Poster for a Funeral that was held on 8/7. I ordered it on Tuesday 8/2 and paid expedited fees to receive it by 6/6, today it is 8/10 and I still have not received it. I have not received a refund and tried to contact customer service but could only send emails. No reply to my initial reach to find out what the problem was until 8.7, They reached out to me after the funeral. I am so disappointed!

Took ages designing card...paying double to have it delivered( how is that a thing!) Got to checkout and told if want it in 5 days its over £10 postage!! Wow charging £2.77 for a little card i would expect it sent first class...but why would anyone pay over £10. complete rip off.

My order was opened by USPS and everything was damaged. Zazzle said they approved my refund but only gave me a credit so that I would have to order from them again. They did not ask if I wanted my order replaced, not will they actually give my money back to me. I would have been happy to send back my order that was damaged and shorted. But they just sorry and then ignore you.

Never gonna order again. I ordered 4 balloons and two notes. The note made super cheap not cute and I ordered four balloons and they sent me only one but took money of four also the shipping info showing “delivered” never got them and ne Er got my money back as well

Cancelled half of my items then shipped the remaining items without my consent. Ridiculous shipping cost. Items didn't look that great either. I had better better quality from people from elsewhere at lower cost. WILL NOT be doing business ever again!

Spent time designing a t-shirt but when I went to purchase it found out the shipping on a 14 dollar shirt was almost 17 dollars. Not a legitimate company!!!
