Ordered 2 embroidered masks on July 3, not shipped until July 27 and still haven't received a week later. I will never order from them again and do not recommend them. It should not take over a month to make and ship 2 masks!

Horrible customer service. I have tried to contact Zazzle twice through email. Still have yet to receive a response. I ordered two (expensive) face masks and they are both huge on my and the one is very poorly made. The picture I wanted printed on it isn’t centred and it is the wrong colour. That’s best idea the fact that I can wear them because they are too big. Waste of $$ and zero customer service. Don’t order from this company.

I still haven't received the business cards that I purchased 2 weeks ago when I went to see where my order was it showed that I didn't have an order what a rip off I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I called the customer service number and it claims to be not open even though they say they open at 9am. Lesson learned I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY AGAIN.

I ordered a mask June 17,2020. It is July 22, the package is now being shipped. No I have not received it yet. It will take another week. So if you’d like to order from Zazzle think 6-8 weeks

I ordered a lampshade that was printed upside down and not glued together. I wanted to return it but was told to just throw it away and was given store credit. So I shopped around and didn't see any thing I liked, so I reluctantly ordered another lampshade. It was also upside down. I was told to throw it away and I was GUARANTEED a full refund but got a credit and was told that they "cannot" give me a refund. Yes they could. They sent me BAD products. I didn't just change my mind. They saw the pictures and told me to throw them away and still will not give me my money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM #ZAZZLE

The WORST service ever! the people on the phone are awesome and it's not their fault. I have spent way too much time trying to get orders corrected. The shipping is terrible, the tracking system is horrible. the items come incorrect. would never use again.

Ordered 4 face masks on 5/19/20. 2 were bride and groom for wedding shower. Groom mask was received in June. The other 3 still have not received. Wedding Shower was end of June. Still waiting 7/15/20. I want a credit for the 3 masks I did not receive that I paid for.

Ordered and paid for 10 masks on April 18th. After 3 weeks with no message received about shipping, I contacted customer service. Run around for over a month...still not completed...I asked repeatedly for a date for shipping. Never given one. Requested a refund, which they claim was sent over 2 weeks ago. Never got the refund. Still fighting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If it's not a scam, it's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered a face mask 6/14. They charged my Visa the same day, which most reputable companies don’t do until they ship. Today’s date is 7/10. I don’t have the mask and have reached out to them on the website with no response. IS THIS A REAL COMPANY? FEEL LIKE I’VE BEEN RIPED OFF! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Bought an Iphone case leopard print, and it cost over $75 and I would say it was worth $10 as it doesn't protect phone and its just rubbish

Placed an order on 6/29, paid expedited shipping, Zazzle showed delivery date was 7/2-7/3. Out of a sudden it changed Estimated Delivery: 1 Business Day After Manufacturing. I’ve reached out to customer service and they keep saying it will be delivered by 7/11, I have the mass scheduled for 7/11 in another city and have told them I need to get even half of the order by Friday 7/10 the latest. If Zazzle is not able to commit to on time delivery DO NOT accept any orders or indicate so in your portal.

Very sad to see I company I liked last year turn into a poorly run company. I have written numerous times about 2 orders of masks (3 in each order). Finally got the first after a couple of months and they keep giving run around about last order that was to be for gifts for Mothers and Fathers day. I support artist but this company is showing up poorly. Next step other reviews and BBB as there must be a way to get things resolved. I dropped my upcoming year for free shipping as I will not order again without the confidence I once had.

Do not order from this company...i placed an order over 3 months ago and still have not received my merchandise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE MONEY. Run

Ordered and charged for four puzzles. Received four notifications that said unable to deliver. Offered refund which I requested. No refund received despite multiple email requests. Also, tried to cancel 30 day free no shipping offer but never acknowledged or received. No way I can recommend.

I had ordered a custom stamp for my new business from this site. Beautiful design, and I loved the outcome. Shipping was supposed to arrive on July 3rd. When I tracked the package on July 3rd, the stamp had not been moved from its original place since June 30th. I called customer service through a phone number I found in a review section on Trustpilot, to see when my stamp was coming. He told me to hang up multiple times and that he'd call me later in 20 min. Great. 4 hours passes and he calls me back. Says that he'll refund me. What? Wheres my stamp? He says its still in China (even though shipping shows its in new york). First red flag I should've noted. Asks me to download A SCREEN SHARING APPLICATION AND PROCEEDS TO USE MY COMPUTER WITHOUT STATING WHY. Starts giving me a bunch of tracking codes. He figures out my moms name without me telling him and asks for credit card info which I assume they already had. Gave me a bs excuse as to why he needed such information but I believed it since other reviews said that the call was 40 min and they received a safe refund (my call was also 40 min). An hour later I get scammed and my credit card was used to buy $400 worth of products at Target. My refund was $22. Still haven't gotten it. ZAZZLE. IS. NOT. WORTH. IT.

True rating -3 I've purchased from Zazzle in the past, so didn't think this was a scam. It seems I was wrong. Like many reviewers, I've been waiting an inordinate amount of time for an order that I may never see: they've got my money, why bother to actually ship the merchandise? Whether they're completely disorganized and this is unintentional, or they figure the buying public is stupid and will never catch on to them, the result is the same. I strongly recommend that you don't put your hopes on this company unless you're in the market for an exercise in futility. BUYER BEWARE.

Took me 2 1/2 months to receive 3 face masks. Totally unacceptable, even with the pandemic. Each time I checked with customer service, I was told they were being manufactured. Even shipping was screwed up. The masks, while cute, are flimsy too. I will never order from this company again.
