“Well on this occasion I am giving 1 star because it is not possible to give none and still write a review. Placed an order said online it was in stock. Spoke to customer service on the ph who confirmed it was in stock. Paid for order and heard nothing for several days. Made contact to find out what the issue was to be told order was out of stock and that they could not say when it would be back in stock. Had to make alternative printing arrangements as a big print run so well out of pocket. Not a great experience at all.”

“Reasonably priced toners (cheaper than other companies) that were compatible with the original hp products. Very easy to install. Delivery was quick within 48hrs depending on when the order was placed. Packaging was excellent. 5 star rating. Thanks”

“I ordered a complete set of HP toner cartridges for the HP553M printer. The price was by far the best I could find, they were dispatched in less that 24 hours and were delivered to our house the following day. Extremely efficient and I will shop here again. Well done 123ink.ie. Frank”
