“I haven’t tried many other companies who sell pin back button supplies, but from the reviews I read I chose American Button Machines cause everyone said they were great and I have to agree! The machine is very solidly built, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bunch come out bad using it. With great quality and fast shipping times, I love buying from here”

“It's been some time since I received the button maker, and have wanted to express one major complaint since: How could you send a piece of equipment WITHOUT WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS?! As a 73 year old woman, I can tell you that NOT EVERYONE HAS A SMART PHONE and can use a scan symbol. Your on-line videos were helpful, although a little too fast, so after watching them multiple times and piecing together the varied instructions on your website, I was able to put together complete step-by-step instructions for me to use as well as anyone else in our group that the button maker was purchased for. It works great, but it was a struggle and very time consuming for me to figure it out!”

Thank you for your feedback, Ariel. We do send out a couple of emails as the time approaches for your membership to expire. You should receive one that the membership expires in a few days and another that it has expired. These do come from an automated system so they sometimes end up in spam, unfortunately. If you ever want to check on your membership, just let us know and we will be happy to take a look for you.

“The buttons come in good condition and at a timely rate. The only contentions that I have with the company are that the point system is tricky to navigate. I get emails about the points, but I have to look around the site to see what the points get me and their value. It would be nice to have a better UI to find the points you have so far and what they can get you on the site.”

“ABM as a whole is a Great company and I have been using them for several years. But as of late, the parts have been dented, in poor shape and a lot of the parts have been unusable.”

“From the software to the actual equipment, everything was great! The only issue I had was when placing the pin back in the press. The directions and videos weren't clear on which direction to place it. I made two pins where the pin was either sideways or completely upside down before I got it right! Otherwise, it would be 5 stars!”
