“I think this is the best company I have bought from. Product, delivery,and customer service all excellent. Delivery 24 hrs. I had to return as my fault it didn't fit,refund within 3 days of me returning it.”

“I have used Ardmoor on a few occasions and appreciate their choice, prices and service. I recently purchased a waterproof jacket and having worn it only a few times the zip off hood broke. I contacted Ardmoor who could not have been more helpful. They asked for images of the damage and label codes and quickly came back to me to offer a refund, replacement or credit aginst another jacket. I opted to buy a Chevalier jacket. That was a few pounds less than my original purchase. Within minutes, my account was credited with the difference and my new coat was dispatched on next day delivery. I was very impressed with their customer service and also the New Chevalier jacket.”

“I ordered a pair of Shire boots on Thursday I received these on the following Tuesday, Not that quick you think However I live in Perth Western Australia. Excellent no hassle service, Ardmoor are now my go-to for home country comforts Thank You”

“ArdMoor are a pleasure to do business with, and they stock an excellent range of products. I recently bought a pair of trousers from them, on discovering their original delivery date would be when we were away I contacted customer services who immediatly responded and changed the date accordingly. On receipt of the trousers I had to return them for a slightly larger size, the new trousers arrived by return of post. I would happily recomend ArdMoor to anyone.”

“Ardmoor were exceptional in dealing with my split Aigle Parcours® 2 wellingtons. Georgina in customer service was so helpful, polite and kept me up to date with what the return process and assessment. Georgina then let me know that a replacement pair of boots would be sent and when I would receive them. I would recommend Ardmoor for their quality goods and excellent service.”
