“No information provided about when item will be shipped, when it has shipped, who the carrier is or when I might expect delivery. Other retailers do a much better job of keeping people informed. I was told the item was in stock. It evidently was not.”

“The only confusion was when the 2 boxes came on different days. The courier was not sure why that happened. It just made you wonder if a box was lost. All sorted out in the end. The courier was great.”

“I have bought 2 pianos from Australian Piano warehouse, one for my niece and another one for a very close friend’s daughter. They were delivered in time and kids have been using them for over an year now. When I ordered second piano, my friend told me that they already bought a piano. I contacted APW by email, and next morning they refunded the money back to my account, no questions asked. I had to reorder the piano though, because my friend returned the piano she bought. I really liked their way of conducting business. I have to buy a piano for my son and I will buy only from APW.”

“The electronic piano performs as expected. The only two areas I would suggest need improving are 1) email communication - the html formatting appears to have a coding error and doesn't render correctly - just shows a bunch of code and 2) choose a more reliable courier. I live 8 km from the CBD and it took three days to be delivered from the date it was picked up. Aside from taking way too long to travel 8 kms, the tracking status did not update for all three days. It remained as "picked up" until 2 minutes before it was actually delivered to me.”
