“Sunday: 13:43: Ordered a digital piano from their website. 14:25: Recieved both an SMS and email with the instruction to verify my credit card. 14:26: Reieved another update on the order asking me to give authority to leave note if I'm not home to recieve the digial piano. 14:44: I was away from my phone and my computer so didn't get back to them in time. They followed me up with a call. Verify my credit card and gave them the authority to leave note and verify if I'm not home. 17:08: Got an email notification the order was awaiting for courier collection. Monday: 11:55: Got an email and SMS notification that the package has been picked up and it was on its way. 13:31 Digial piano delivered. Ordering to delivery all done within 24 hours. From the sales team on the phone to the delivery person, everyone we've talked to or dealt with have been very professional and friendly. Only regret...if I have the chance to do it again...rather than being sceptical with all the positive reviews, I should have ordered from them a lot sooner. Strongly recommended!!”

“Australian Piano Warehouse staff were very responsive at every stage of our purchase.The purcahse was simple and the piano was delivered within days. We are in our late seventies so were very thankful that the man who deilvered ours was able to slide our piano up one small step and into our living room.We highly recommend Australian Pano Warehouse.”

“They had the stuff I wanted, website said "in stock" but only after I paid did they advise me one of the items was on back order which led to a considerable delay in delivery. Lucky it wasn't urgent!”

“Ordered a piano stand online , the web site stated that this product was in stock at the time of purchase. After I payed for it they tell me sorry that product is sold out and now on back order. And they don’t know how long it will take to eventually arrive. Very dissatisfied , if they don’t have the product then they should not take the order.”

“Purchasing my piano online was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I ordered online and a few hours later received an email to confirm if I could receive delivery the next day. The delivery itself was well-communicated and had no issues. They use a courier service called Zoom2u which has real-time vehicle tracking and guys experienced with handling heavy items. The price of both the piano and delivery fees were much cheaper than anywhere else. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will gladly purchase from them again in the future.”

“I received my dgx 670 Yamaha keyboard and the product itself is fine but it arrived unheralded from interstate and was left on the doorstep against the front door partly exposed to the rain on the Thursday afternoon of a long weekend with no phone contact to let me know the courier was dumping it there ( even though my phone number was easy to read on the box) I arrived home at 7.30 pm and had to try to lift the 40kg huge box in the front door ( after trying to access the door) On checking the tracker app at that time, it still said the keyboard was in south Australia (not NSW) So, in short, the courier service and level of communication was appalling and I am lucky the Keyboard was still there - had I gone away for the long weekend it would have been a different story”
