“The purchase process was reasonably straightforward. There was a delay because I was not expecting the anti-fraud measures in place and didn't know that I needed to perform extra steps. I suggest that you inform purchasers of this process during checkout to avoid confusion and delay.”

“I was sent the wrong product, which is unfortunate but understandable. What’s less understandable is the approach that was then taken: instead of immediately dispatching the correct item and arranging a pick-up of the incorrectly delivered item, I’m being required to wait until the incorrectly delivered item is returned, and then the correct item (presumably) will be dispatched, as if this were some kind of hostage situation and as if this retailer didn’t already have my money. There was an opportunity to make good on this mistake, but Australian Piano Warehouse decided not to take it, instead choosing to distrust me, effectively, and requiring me to wait until it serves its interests ahead of mine. I work in customer service myself, and this is almost a lesson in what not to do if you want to rebound from a mistake that you’ve made and to convince a customer to still hold you in positive regard.”

“My first order was somehow missed and never picked up from Toll but I had an email from piano warehouse to to say it was. After a bit of back and fourth I think it was discovered that it never left and it was intact a slip up. I was sent a new delivery and order and it came promptly however after ordering on the 8th and expecting delivery by the 15 th I received it on the 26th. No refund for delivery was offered.”

“I visited the Warehouse as I wanted to assess the action and sounds of the new Casio PX-S7000 as I was keen to update from my PX-560M. The sounds were good but the action seemed to be similar which was disappointing. I was then shown the surprisingly more affordable Yamaha P515 which definitely had a better action, reasonable sounds and a louder speaker system. I was able to compare it to the Kawai MP11SE I also own which has arguably the best action of all digital stage pianos. I was then offered the opportunity to try a few of the smaller grand pianos to compare them to my U3 which ended up with me appreciating it even more. A few weeks later I made the decision to purchase the P515 and it was in my studio in Denmark in a few days because of the great service APW provide. I intend to use the P515 so my students can go busking and have also purchased a 16v Laptop Power Bank, which works great, to power it so as we can set it up anywhere in town.”

“i have just returned to Australia from South America after several years where the same piano was selling for $995 USD so I am very pleased to come back to Oz and get the same deal for under $1000 AUD ...it is everything that i expected and its great to be able to play this digital piano with so many functions....”
