“We purchased a Roland keyboard (FP-90X), stand & 3 pedal unit, to be picked-up / Stand was not immediately available within Melbourne & came from interstate / Follow up advise for collection of the stand was efficient / Staff at the pick-up point, visited twice, were very courteous & helpful with loading / Great quality equipment.”

“Excellent price and service. A staff member called ahead 'cause there was an error in my order (I purchased a white pedal unit instead of a black one) and confirmed they would ensure that I got a black pedal unit to match the colour of my piano and stand (otherwise, my piano kit would be something like a zebra. I was surprised to get my piano kit two days after the Boxing Day (Yah, late Boxing Day unboxing! Lovin' it!). Thank you! I'll definitely come back if I need to make further purchases, and I'll highly recommend Australian Piano Warehouse to anyone who wants fantastic prices and services for pianos and accessories.”

“Once order was received, process was quick. Communication was poor. No acknowledgement of receiving order. Also no notification of dispatch or delivery tracking. Parcel, with no wrapping, was left on street in full view of passing traffic. Parcel was damaged and I received no notification of delivery.”

“I purchased what I thought was a Genos 2 keyboard from an advertisement on the website. It was advertised as a Genos 2 and was discounted as a demonstrator. When I took delivery I realised that it was actually an older model and not a Genos 2. When I complained I was told that the “2” referred to in the advertisement was the firmware version number. The advertisement was clearly misleading. I also paid full price for the speaker kit accessory but received a very battered second hand unit. When I complained I was offered a $40 discount. I think you need it more than I, Australian Piano Warehouse, so I decline.”

“Dishonest pricing, questionable quality, and false advertising. I am a pianist, and piano teacher. Given my experience, I would strongly advise the public, and all music students and teachers to avoid this shop. I bought 4 brand new "AMS KX90 Piano Castor Cup Single Small Plastic – Black" from Australian Piano Warehouse at $8 each, plus $9.95 shipping, a total of $55. The first cups shipped were a completely different brand of cups, that were clearly used (they had scuff marks, dents, scratches, and sticky residue from very obvious prior piano wheel usage). After contacting support, they eventually sent out another set of cups from Dale Cleves Music, which clearly marked them as $2.95 cups. I was charged above a 260% markup!! This second set of cups have clear moulding and tool defects, which gives me no faith whatsoever in their quality and safety. They also look completely different to the cups pictured on the Australian Piano Warehouse website which is blatant false advertising. I deliberately went to a piano specific company to ensure I purchased a high quality product. If I had known that I would just be receiving poor-quality cups I would have just gone to eBay directly which would have cost $13, instead of $55. Avoid all Australian Piano Warehouses and Dale Cleves Music Shops - what a waste of money, time, and hassle for a subpar product.”

“3 stars because the product was exactly what I needed and it arrived quickly. Thank you. But. Zero stars for what I had to go through. The process and policy of the security measure is completely ridiculous for a $20 purchase. I spent way too long on the phone to get the security measure overridden because I don't have access to my corporate card's daily transaction list so I could not reply to the email with the small amount taken from my card. After going through a vigorous identity check, including questioning my mailing address being residential, I was told that it was a very generous gesture by the Piano Warehouse to override the security measure this one time, but not again. Please don't put people through this without any mention of your security measure process before purchasing. I absolutely agree for both parties it is a great policy if it was a very expensive piano purchase but seriously, for a $20 key?”

“Very happy with my purchase and the responsiveness to my queries via phone and email. Quick delivery (although my 2 items were delivered separately) I know that they were shipped together so this is just a courier company issue where they separated the items. I would definitely recommend Australian Piano Warehouse.”
