“Product was ordered online, a week later the order hadn’t been filled. I rang but it took another week for the delivery to be made due to Aus Post and Covid 19 issues. I went and sourced a new product elsewhere so I could do my work before school returned.”

“I made an order and was advised there would be a small transaction for me to confirm the amount of before the order would be sent. Didn't appear and I was advised it might take a day or two to show up. A week later still nothing, so I called. The helpful staff member tried another transaction and it came thorough while I was still on the phone. Shortly after she called back to confirm a delivery time, then a few hours later I received my order - sweet!”
