“Quick delivery, great, helpful customer service. Keyboard was delivered next day. Casio did not include power adapter with the keyboard. After calling Australian Piano Warehouse I got it delivered within 4 days. Thank you.”

“I purchased my portable digital piano recently during the covid lockdowns and I'm very happy with how Australian Piano Warehouse handled the new restrictions. My online appointment was great, I didn't catch his name but the staff was able to help me purchase a piano remotely. Gave me helpful advice on which add ons to buy (fixed stand vs portable stand, stool vs adjustable seat etc) and pricing. It was a shame I couldn't try out the piano myself but with covid lockdowns you can't really do that, so it was thoughtful for the staff to demonstrate in the online appointment. I had a few back and forths regarding my delivery/couriers but the online staff was so helpful that I wasn't worried about my purchase. Only feedback I have was that I couldn't reply to the messages in my order. I had to use the online chat feature to respond, but I didn't consider that as a negative experience. Overall I'm happy with my experience (esp during covid)”

“Phenomenal service. From the advice I received from Mark King, the online ordering system complete with credit card safety check and the NEXT DAY DELIVERY, I could not recommend this company highly enough. It has made my daughter's second lockdown birthday (16th, this time) a joy. Thankyou.”

“Overall the service I received was ok, but I did have two issues with the shipping. Firstly, it was not communicated to me that my order would arrive as two seperate deliveries from different locations. When I only received 2 of the 3 items I ordered I was very confused. Secondly, When I enquired and found out what was going on, I then expected to receive the third item within the next couple of days. However, it didn’t arrive and I had to follow up with the courier who at first said they didn’t even have the item. After contacting the courier twice and also the store where it was shipped from, the item was finally delivered about a week late.”

“I purchased a Yamaha P45 Portable Piano - best decision. Comms form APW was perfect, advising every step up to delivery. Delivery was quick despite potential covid delays. The piano itself is amazing. Price was great. I’d read the reviews on the model and the piano was everything that I expected and more. Thanks.”
