“The piano is good but the delivery was not good enough, as only one delivery guy was here and the piano is so heavy that I hurted my hand helping to lift that into my house, not recommended if only a lady is at home, and the installation was not easy, too heavy.”

“I ordered my piano in early January and I am yet to receive it! It’s stuck in Welshpool WA and causing me grief. Perhaps you need to use a more reliable courier service especially if people are ordering expensive items. I’m worried that something has happened to my order and that it will take another month for me to receive my piano. It’s very frustrating. People have complained about the courier service. Why aren’t you taking the advice and switching to a more reliable courier service?”

“I am still waiting for my order. It’s has been almost 3 weeks and no delivery. Part of my order was delivered a week after order was placed, however have not received the second part. I have been wanting an update by piano warehouse however all they can tell me is it’s on its way but not delivery date and unable to tell me where in transit it is.”

“Excellent product. I have never played the piano before but I feel the structure of the lessons is very easy to follow. I have still a long way to go before I can play with both hands easily but I’m a lot better then I was. Love being able to go back and forth to practice the lessons. I have downloaded a number of Rookie Easy songs with no problems. Thank you for an excellent product.”

“I had queries and they were answered quickly and fully by email. It was easy to order and when it was delivered, my instructions were followed to the letter so kudos to the company Piano Warehouse uses for deliveries.
