“Parenting is hard. Relationship are hard. Sometimes it's hard to even admit how hard they can be. Aaron breaks down things simply and gives real life scenarios and tips that really help during those hard moments. I'd recommend Babyproofing to everyone.”

“I worked with Aaron for a couple years when I was at a low point in my life. When I started working with him, my emotions were basically a shaken up bottle of Coca-Cola, that could be opened up at any time and explode. Working with him gave me the skills to communicate and deal with difficult people. Aaron also has a gift for getting you to pull from memories that you may have forgotten, pushed away, or maybe just didn't understand their significance at the age they occurred. I gained knowledge about myself of why things trigger me the way the do, and probably gained years on my life not being so stressed out about what other people are doing, and more focused on what I'm doing.”

“I find the information to be very relevant, I personally identified alot of the communications portion to be very relevant to my situation and reflective of my own shortcomings. The course allowed me to do alot of refection of my own behavior and processing techniques and I plan to keep using it as an ongoing reference and guide. Every time I go back and listed to the modules I find a new tool to help me. I would absolutely recommend this for all new parents. Even just having it as a basis to have meaningful conversations around is very helpful.”

“This was a great class, with very well-organized and approachable material covering many of the most common relationship pitfalls of early parenthood (money, sex, parenting styles, communication issues, etc). Aaron presented everything with sensitivity and clarity, and I've recommended the class to other couples many times! I think it would have been even better if the two sessions were both integrated between education and practice, rather than having the first session be mostly presentation while the second was mostly practice. I wanted to take the "in the trenches" follow-up course to review and refresh, but because we also have some major issues not covered in the workshop, we need more individualized support (which we're getting in therapy). It might be worth adding a segment on "special circumstances" for those couples dealing with less common issues. Even with these critiques, I've recommended this course to anyone mentioning parenting-related relationship issues several times!”

Regarding the two sessions feedback, we absolutely agree and have updated the live class to make sure it's the right balance of education and exercises, which is also the case in our on-demand courses. Since you took the course, we've also changed the format pretty substantially to have one offering for expecting folks and a different one for those who already have a kid or kids in the world, to be able to attend with the right amount of attention to the different needs. I'm sorry to hear about the major issues not covered in the workshop and I love the "special circumstances" feedback; it's something we've considered before. We'd love to hear more. “by FAR one of the greatest and most comprehensive courses of any kind I’ve taken - ESPECIALLY on this wildly important subject - honestly, there just needs to be more commonly talked about and Aaron does a really incredible job of doing this without the viewer feeling bad / wrong / hopeless - I will (have) recommended this to ALL of my friends who are parents. At least ONE of the modules applies to every family. Just such a brilliantly created course. Thank you 🙏🏻”

“We completed this course when our son was around one year old. It was such a blessing, something we didn’t realize we needed but in retrospect it was so obvious that we needed some support in our relationship after adding a new very needy family member. I was suffering from postpartum anxiety and depression and felt completely overwhelmed. This course was really enlightening and refreshing, took us through much needed exercises to connect, share, and find each other again on the same team. I’m very grateful. Thinking about it now makes me want to revisit the material and do it again! Highly recommend. It’s the support you don’t know you need as a new parent.”

“My favorite part of the Babyproofing Your Relationship course was the full exercise about how to create a fair division of roles and responsibilities so we can collaborate and keep feeling like we're on the same page with everything. Being a parent is WILD, but this helped us so much. I really didn't realize an online course could be so helpful. Thank you!”
