I sent a return in the return window. The refund failed with PayPal and I haven’t received any correspondence about how to get my refund.

I had the same issue as Katherine who posted her review 3 days prior to mine. Order placed, payment made, label created… but no shipment of the product. It took days to get a response from customer service, but I did finally hear back and the rep offered a very reasonable solution - send out a new package all together. I was told I would receive tracking number for the new shipment but that never came. I attempted to contact customer service several times and never received a response. I figured the new order wouldn’t be sent out, but thankfully, the package arrived today. Overall, it was a frustrating process with working with this company. Hoping the product is quality and makes up for the several headaches.

I received my order last week after ordering the Spa bundle in November 2023. My girlfriend did use it shortly after it arrived and did enjoy the product. I, however, did not enjoy the ordering experience. I understand there have been challenges with sourcing products, and shipping, but I would have really appreciated a bit more information regarding the status of my order. Sure, some of the time, you may not have had any updates, but any update is a good update (as far as I am concerned). I gave $600 to an unfamiliar company that offered me no updates whatsoever on an order I had placed for Christmas. I think a weekly or semi-monthly update would have made me (and others) more comfortable.

I recently placed an order for the full set of Bath Pillows on Nov 10th order and received 10% off my order($54.90). Now I received a text today saying ordered pre-Black Friday and received 25% of my total order before I even received my order, which would have been($137.25). Shouldn’t I get a credit back for $82.35 for the difference since I haven’t even received them yet? Answer: No Great product poor customer service!
