Placed an order for 2 cane tips, only received 1 in the mail. Have sent an email with no reply and have called 3 times on 3 consecutive days during business hours and get an answering machine. Have left messages with a contact number but still no reply. Will not be dealing with this company again

Good day Leith, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and it looks like our supplier has sent you 1 quad cane tip instead of 2. We have asked them to send the 2nd item immediately. We really apologise for the delay, but we weren't aware of this issue. We have checked in our phone files and we can't find any records that from your phone call. It believe you might have tried to contact our supplier. Hi, I was happy with products and happy with th price, but after I placed my order I recieved a phone call stating somehow you didn't cover cost of shipping, I stated I'm sure it said free shipping the gentleman said we don't do free shipping, I saidcwell how did my order go through he said he was unsure of that and would I please pay the shipping fee, then he said even if you just cover half the shipping, I stated I'm certain it had free shipping then hecsaid ok, I asked if I was still going to recieve my order he said yes..and it arrived a few days later ty regards Jenny Taylor

We purchased two Raised Toilet Seats Which were delivered promptly, Easy to install and are an ideal solution for our knees , as we age. The fact that we can adjust to two other height settings as required is a bonus.

I have used Bettercare market on several occasions to purchase incontinence products for my son . I have found them to be easy to communicate with , love the suggestions when i asked them, they were quick to deliver their products, and were informative of the availability of products , and are reasonably priced. Happy to use them again 😊

I purchased a wrist brace based on the wrist circumference measurement as instructed, but the hole for the thumb was very large and ill fitting’. While I did get a refund eventually I was disappointed that ii am out of pocket $25 for postage to me and my return of the product. So basically I spent $25 and have nothing.
