“I was searching for weeks to find a suitable UK based business to get tote bags made for an event. Big Bear sent samples super fast, I didn't expect samples at all so this was a huge plus so that I could get a feel for the quality and be confident when ordering. I was contacted by Ross Robinson who was a fabulous contact throughout. I told him straight away I was looking into products months in advance of ordering, and really appreciated that he wasn't pushy at all whilst waiting for the sale, he trusted that I'd be back to order, which I was. He was clear and timely with all replies, and a joy to work with! I got proofs back of the tote design for me to approve before printing, which meant I was nothing but excited for them to arrive, as I'd already had any worries on quality / design alleviated before I'd even paid. Absolutely fantastic, great value (I can't quite believe the price compared to others I saw) a pleasure to work with Ross and a great quality product. The bags were also delivered a week earlier than I expected! I will absolutely be back!”

“When looking for merchandise for a golf event that we had coming up, we thought it was a great idea to provide everyone with a branded keyring in their gift bags, this is different to what we've done before, so we did a lot of research as we wanted to make sure they were good quality. We came across Big Bear Promo and found their PVC Keyrings, it was a really easy process and Ross Robinson helped us create a great piece of merch, in a really short time frame. All we had to do was provide the design and he handled the rest! Thanks Ross - Looking forward to catching up again ahead of our next event.”

“We contacted around 5 different companies to source our company merchandise and Sam Lewis was the most attentive and helpful out of all those companies. He responded very quickly to our questions and followed up to ensure that we were happy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made us feel like a valued customer. Nothing was too much trouble. He also had a sense of humour and kept us informed all through the order process.
