“If I could I would not even give Bluebay 1 star. We bought a package deal to Soco House St Lucia for a Courtyard room by the pool. Instead on arrival we were downgraded to a room on the 3rd floor.
Despite phone calls last night to Bluebay in the UK where we spoke with a gentleman who promised us someone would call us first thing in the morning. 24 hours later and no phone call.
I then emailed and was told the matter is being "investigated".
The rep Natasha is a waste of time. She treats you with contempt for asking for what you were sold and told me she can't help.
I'm now day 2 into a 10 day trip and have wasted 20% of my holiday to be told I will NOT be given a room.
Relations have now broken down with Soco House that I want to move hotels but I can't see that happening if Bluebay can't sort a room out.
As far as I'm concerned I have a law of contract and expect what is in the contract. Bluebay have advertised falsely and in my opinion fraudulently as they appear to sell more courtyard rooms than there actually are.
I'm waiting on their response but I can see this being escalated to ABTA and the travel ombudsman on my return.”

Worse customer service around. Had holiday booked with them for 2 went add third person and tried to charge extra £500 on top of the £1800 the other people payed. After talking to them on phone they would not accommodate so cancelled the trip they said they would price match which they would not do the day before as it appears none of the staff communicate or have clue what they can offer.
They then informed me they are keeping £300 of my money as it is in there terms and conditions which i was not sent nor did i agree too.
Now they have started sending me emails asking for permission to steal my money. EMAIL BELOW
