“The fact that we had to arrive at 1130 in the morning. I didn't get into the car until gone 1400hrs. This vehicle was left parked most of the time. There was a very low number of people booked for the Batmobile. Yet we had to wait hours whilst it stayed parked up.
No wet weather facilities. Very small tract compared to Bruntingthorpe where i last drove.”

“Far too many people attending. Long wait times. Instruction was mixed, with one instructor for the Atom making us stay in the same gear all the way around. I had a 5 car package and only drive 4 as could be bothered to wait any longer given you weren’t really given the chance to drive fast. Sometimes felt like stuck in a traffic jam.”
“Do not waste your money or time with Carchase Heroes. It is unlikely that you will manage to drive the car you have booked. You’ll spend hours waiting in a queue just to be herded around. It is NOT a personal or enjoyable experience, simply a very good way of haemorrhaging money as you pay extra for insurance, laps and so it goes on. Do not be enticed by any offers as you will need to at least double or triple what you think you’re going to spend!”
“I would love to be able to leave a review, but as we booked this as a present to me from my fiancé over the phone and was told we would get a conformation email confirming the date and time and never received it! tried calling several times and could not get through! then got an email asking for a review???? so I have missed my fathers day present now and couldn't get through to them to ask when it was or where my conformation email was!!!!!!!!”
“Very Disappointed on the day, the was too many people and not enough time to do all the item on my experience, when I finished doing my 4 driving on the day it was late and cold I did not have time to get my photographs as the was a big Q.
further to driving experience the track was small and surface was not good too many people on the track at one time plus there was somebody driving the atom car UNSAFE and not thinking of other users, this should've been on a difference track, not a day to remember will not recommend it two anybody.

“Terrible, avoid being taken in by the promise of a great day. Don’t waste your money or time, queues are excessive as are the requests for money to cover the accident waiver, extra laps etc.
You probably won’t get to drive the car you’ve booked either because it’s not working or as with the F1 Vantage, which it’s not, just a wrapped car to
‘Look like’ the F1 Vantage and don’t expect a refund!
Avoid at all costs!”
“Waiting for ac cobra to be fixed, after 3 hour wait then being told I can't change cars until they know when the car will be ready, I then gave up and went home, standing in a cold airfield, even the coffee stand was stone cold,, never again wasting money on that”
“Absolutely dreadful service. There was nothing about this experience that made me feel like I was having a fun experience: I felt like I was on a conveyer belt with them trying to extract money from me.
I was gifted a voucher to drive a lorry by a group of people that wanted to thank me for something significant that I did for them. The booking was a pain and I had to pay extra for a weekend drive (I work Monday – Friday) They wanted more money for me to pick the location most convenient to me.
I got to the location on time and had to queue for an hour to get in. Once in the queue there was a real hard sell to get the extra insurance: telling me that if another car hit me while I am standstill, I would be fully liable. I was up sold to pay for taking a passenger in with me. They tried to sell many other add on’s such as a fast lap as a passenger etc etc.
Then went in and was told it would be 20 mins until my drive… I waited 2 hours, kept getting told it would not be long, other customers complained and jumped the queue going before me. I noticed two others asking if their partners could sit in the truck with them: they were told, yes, no problem after I had to pay for my partner to come with me.
I felt like they were trying to get as much money out of me while there.
While there, multiple cars broke down or were over booked so they were asking people to swap to other cars before it got dark otherwise they would not be able to drive. It was just a mess and I will never use them again.”
“Very overbooked. Pure greed. Hundreds of people all booked at the same time, about 40 cars on a small track. My 12 year old was really looking forward to his three cars but one was taken off at the start of the day, and by 2pm we were still waiting. Disgusting response to my complaint email as well. Would not recommend”

“Very bad organised, left stood in a field open to the elements for over 3hrs, complete lack for consideration for their customers. Then it off the 3 cars I'd paid to drive only got to drive 2 as they'd forgotten to put my name down for them all. One of the staff members I spoke to was very rude towards me and one of the instructors was moaning that he had to take me round the track as he wanted his tea break.”
“Disappointing. Don't bother. As most have said, there is a ton of waiting around. The worst part is when you drive though. If you are lucky enough to get some free space to put your foot down you will find the cars are significantly hobbled and slow. I drove an E-Type, Huracan and GT500. In the Jag you have to change gear at 3000RPM and the other two change at 4000RPM, but all were slow. The E-Type was the fastest! Depending on who you talk to, they will either tell you that that the power is developed below 4000RPM (really!!!???) or admit that the cars are restricted in other ways. I was told at the event that 10 year olds were allowed to drive the Lambo so it had to be restricted - hardly my problem! Others then then denied it was the case. They bang on about how it's about "the experience" and not going fast... In any case - if you're used to driving a normal small engine hatchback, you might like it, but for anyone who's driven anything faster - expect disappointment.”

Hard to even explain how poorly organised and ran the day was - a shambles from start to finish.
After queuing for an hour from arrival we were booked in and went through to wait to be called to drive. However after another hour we thought something was wrong as no name had been called and went to check - my driver had not actually been booked in so we had been waiting for nothing - no apology from the person that had not booked him in properly. Although frustrating we were told that the driver would be pushed ahead to ensure he got the drives we had booked. Only this did not happen as as the day had been so clearly over booked the track shut before the driver had got any experience, leaving many people angry and frustrated. Why book a 3 hour experience from half past 2 if you know it gets dark at half 4? Such poor organisation and no apology from those organising the day. Poor system for taking names to issue refunds - could clearly see that this was not going to work. A waste of day and money. STAY CLEAR.”
“Not a great experience, very un organised and I found staff personally insulting to myself. I would not recommend a driving experience with this company please try someone else .

“We had a better experience on the M25 in rush hour. Too many vehicles on the track to get any sort of driving experience, with a 1.5 hr wait in queue to register. Definitely better car experience companies out there than Car Chase Heroes.”
