I purchased the experience for my daughters birthday,she loved the whole Getting behind the wheel of a Lambourghini.The issue i have is with the £25 insurance waiver,from the moment you get there its being pushed on you,and its blatentley scare mongoring,designed to rob everyone of an extra £25,your cars will already be insured for these experiences,and the cars are equipped with dual controls,not everyone who books these experiences will have the luxury of a credit card to leave as security.You would be better making the initial price a bit more,rather than these scare tactics.Put a damper on the whole experience,so wouldnt look at doing anymore in the future

Took both sons for a junior experience. Queues were huge & nowhere to park in the car park, we were then asked if we wanted to purchase a ‘sighting lap’ so I asked if this was needed for the junior experience & told yes it would be good to do. This was wrong as the junior driving is performed on a tiny inner lap to the proper circuit. Plus we paid £10 per child for it & they went in the same car. It is NOT needed. The experience was a bit chaotic & not one we would want to repeat.

Don't know it was cancelled last minute and I had taken a day off work, it was a present for my grandson and he was extremely disappointed. I am rebooking for next march will write a further review afterwards.

Purchased a virgin experience voucher for my sons birthday for 3 cars 3 miles each car. Waited 2 hours before getting in a car then 45 minutes between each car. One of the cars I’d paid extra for was not suitable and had to be changed. My son was taken to a driver waiting area then to the cars and I was asked to wait outside this area. I was not informed that I could go with him to the cars for photos and so missed out on this. A cartridge is provided to take to the the cars so a video is recorded. My son handed this in and it was not handed back to him by the first member of staff so we have no videos of the day. I chased this up whilst there and they accused my 11 year old of losing the cartridge,which he did not. Expected to pay an extra £25 waiver fee for insurance which felt like a scam and was basically forced on you with threats of a £5000 bill even if the damage to the car was someone else’s fault and minimal. My son loved driving the cars and enjoyed it but the set up, waiting, instructions and communication on the day were a joke. No photos or videos to show for his experience. Too many people booked in at the same time so track busy. Purchased a high speed passenger ride which could not pick up any speed because the track was full!

It had been raining hard all morning with heavy downpours.We arrived at the venue and there were no clear directions of where to go or where to book in.Once booked in we were then left to find where we were meant to wait.Once at the waiting area due to the recent rain the grass area was becoming water logged and so most peoples feet were very wet by the time they were called to their car.Due to area becoming water logged the event was called off and instructions on how to re-book were not clearly explained.I did do one car ride but was disappointend that the video recording was of poor quality and it was unclear who was driving the car this could of been avoided if the driving instuctor had checked the direction of the camcorder.All in all a disappointing day.I then called to re-book the event and was told no dates were available as yet and to call back next month once I have checked the venue calendar! Would I recommend to others not sure I would!

My husband had a driving experience on Monday 24th October. I thought it was not very good organised. We asked a question to the lady on the Mic, she was very sharp. We have had other track days and this by far the worst. This was at litchfield. Wouldn't do this experience again at that track.

My son wasn’t able to drive the car he had chosen as you were running out of time. He was very disappointed as this was a Christmas present and he had been waiting to drive the furious car. It was so busy, and people are offered to drive more than one car when they get there, maybe not having this option would allow more people to be able to drive their chosen car, as my son was not the only one who couldn’t drive their chosen car. There were quite a few. If we were to book again which is unlikely, we would recommend booking the first slot then you’d be more likely to drive chosen car. Although he wasn’t able to drive the furious car, he went in an Audi R8 which he enjoyed.

Being charged extra for waiver damage which I was advised at the time of booking I had paid, which turned out to be a fee for weekend driving. Having driven 2 hours to the track I had no option but to pay the additional fee. They were aware that the individual had made errors, moved her out of the sales team into pit lane, but were unwilling to waive the waiver damage.

Well if you want to queen for 3 hours to be then told that you are 4th on the list then go for it. The event I felt was disorganised to many people, not enough staff to register, names being called out all over the place. I found it very disorganised and frustrating. However my 13 yr old son enjoyed his drive and the instructor was great with him. He couldn’t have his photo taken with the car as got whisked off his seat into car and to be waiting 3 hrs before driving for 5 mins was very disappointing. If they didn’t take as many bookings for the day I think it would have been much better n less waiting around. Oh and more signs to tell people where they are going and what que us did what. I won’t be booking again with this company not because of the driving but because if the lack of organisation.

We had booked an Italian job experience a gift from before lockdown. when we arrived the mini wasn’t on the track that day. We were booked for 1pm -2.30pm finally got called just before 4pm. It was a really hot day with no shelter, my friends face got burnt. Wasn’t worth the extra money we had paid. Thankful it wasn’t raining as no shelter at all. The staff wee friendly and we loved the experience. Could definitely do with somewhere ti shelter and sit while you wait. Would we do it again - no very expensive for a few minutes in track

Booking process was a bit of a nightmare. Another company took over from initial company. Wasn’t made aware of this & had to do all the chasing or would’ve lost out on the experience. Every car my son chose wasn’t available on the day or time. Eventually found one that was available at 3:30. Arrived before allocated time & was left waiting for nearly 3 hours. So busy, absolutely no organisation at all. It was a shambles. Son did enjoy but not all the waiting around, I was told there were double the cars that there would ordinarily be. Wouldn’t use again or recommend. Bit of a headache all round!

Be prepared: Super, super slow and badly disorganised! The Sighting Lap is a complete waste of money. 4 people sat in a BMW driven round the track. No real “view” as one would expect when paying for a SIGHTING lap. It should be one person in the front only. The insurance policy is shocking! Surely the cost should cover everything. To be told I had to pay an additional £25 in case the child caused damage or someone hit her! Why should I have to pay for someone else’s fault?!? Please don’t buy as a gift for someone. It cost me a lot of extra money!!

We wasn’t given the sd card out the truck and tried to go back to collect and was lost Then billed £25 for loss of Sd card which wasn’t our fault The day was absolute chaos no organisation and pretty much a free for all.
