“ Paid for a photo for my son. The girl said the photo will be emailed that day. It's been a week and my son keeps asking for his photo. I have phoned many times, and nobody ever answers the phone. I have emailed and and have heard nothing back. Really bad customer service. Not going to let them take 10pounds for free, it's the principle, and for my son's first driving experience. ”
