“A great range of watches with a website that was easy to navigate. Delivery was quick with excellent communication throughout the process including emails containing links to the operating instructions of the watch. I was very pleased with the service provided by Citizen Watch UK.”

“After a fair amount of research, I purchased Citizen Pro Master Divers Automatic watch which claims to be waterproof for up to 200 meters. I looked at many makes and models and finally decided on this model as it was exactly what I wanted. In addition, Citizen is one the only manufacturers that offers such a long warranty period. Perhaps this is because they are confident about their product. Also being a Japanese make gave me even more comfort. I needed some additional info and found their Customer Service extremely prompt and efficient to provide me the required information. After purchase also contacted them again to assist me on registering my warranty and was handled by them with lots of care and compassion. The time piece looks excellent on my wrist and have received very positive comments from my family and friends. So far, I am very happy with my purchase and also have a comfort that I if I have any issues with this lovely and beautiful time piece, I shall be handled with care and compassion. Excellent Client Delivery and Customer Service and Care is very important to me and am more than confident that I shall receive all such from Citizen.”

“I am very happy with my new Citzen, watch. I had lunch with my family last Saturday, they all appreciate a good watch. It went down very well with them, although several of them said that it looked very similar to my current watch,a Tudor Pelagos. I thought the watch was well priced before the £90 discount, with the discount applied, it was difficult to say no, so I didn't. Good service, good watch, happy customer, thank you.”

“Great watch, looks exceptional. arrived promply after ordering. Took it to local Citizen dealer to get the bracelet sized, they were pleased to help. Setup was easy once i worked out the instructions because they covered more than one model.”

“Always reliable customer support, I get just enough emails regarding new releases, my several purchases never had a single issue ever. And best of all the photo/video presentations of the watches on the website are very, very accurate. It's the most valuable aspect of online shopping in these times when you can't almost see what you're purchasing in person. Bravo.”
