“I’ve been a very loyal customer for years but my latest order was to say the least a bit of a problem. I ordered in September , then was told some inks were out of order , I kept receiving statements that my order was complete when it wasn’t. I had to call Cheryl many times . She was concerned and CD worked with me to resolve these issues. I finally received the last cartridge if an original five- six cartridges this week. November . If cartridges aren’t available, your website should reflect that immediately.”

“I ordered a drum for my Brother printer. When I received it, it did not work on my printer although the product description says it is compatible. I called the Customer Service line. Moe helped me and had the full price refunded to me. I will continue to use Clickinks services because they have wonderful customer services.”

“I found this company on the internet about 10 years ago. I have ordered from them about six times for my home usage. “The ink cartridges arrived with lightening speed and in good order. However, one of the two black ink cartridges was not recognzed by my Epson printer no matter what I tried. The rejected item was of a different remanufacture location than the others I received. The rejected item's origin was labeled as 'Mexico', whereas the others originated in Malaysia (G&G). The 'G&G' black ink cartridge from Malaysia was readily accepted by my printer and is currently in use.”
