“Well packaged. Beautiful linen mix fabric to make a pair of wide leg summer trousers, pattern and spools are just what I needed. Amusing lollypop to comfort when it goes wrong and needs unpicking. My 1st time ordering from Coles and will do so again.”

“Excellent service and reasonable pricing. My Overlocker arrived within 48 hours of my ordering. It was well packaged and was ready to use straight out of the box. I really appreciated that it was already threaded, and came with a simple free gift. Would definitely recommend Coles. To anyone looking to invest in a new machine.”

“Although the product arrived safely and I was able to complete my project on time I was totally disappointed I the carrier's performance. I paid for courier delivery. The item was delivered a day later than I would have expected and not delivered into my hands as indicated by the vsrrier's delivery note. " signed for'. I saw no one. The delivery photo showed the package beside my back gate BUT was actually thrown over the gate. I suggest Cole's find a different carrier and recommend that customers do not pay £7.50 for express carriage.”

We offer the courier service as some customers request express. Its always difficult when you have to rely on a third party to do the delivery. “I had an issue with my machine and received fabulous advice, very promptly. Advised to buy a part that should help solve the problem without being too much out of pocket but further advice should that not be the case. I ordered this and received it very quickly and it worked! Thank you very much. I would use them again when needed!”

“It's been a pleasure to deal with Coles recently. I had my eye on one of their ex-demonstration Husqvarna embroidery machines, which is a significant investment for me, but everything has been so smooth and slick that it has taken all the anxiety out of the purchase. I look forward to my Coles "Owner's lesson" that came free with my purchase and I will doubtless be back to make more purchases. Thanks for doing a great job Coles Sewing Centre.”

“Such a helpful place. I was unsure as to which machine foot I wanted to order, but made my decision based on the information on their website. I was able to ask a question on their website. The following day I received a full and comprehensive answer. I ordered extra bobbins too. I paid for the items in my basket then received a phone call from a member of staff asking whether the bobbins were for my machine. Yes was my reply. The advisor told me that I had in fact ordered the wrong sized bobbins. She offered to change them for the right ones and would reimburse me the difference. I was so impressed. The items arrived within a couple of days. What excellent customer service is that.”
