“Easy payment quick delivery and easy instruction sending the test back but my results for my test and my partners were not sent back to us even though they were meant to be sent to separate emails there apparently was a technical issue on their end and the results were never sent to us. The government haven’t actually asked us for the test results I assume the results get sent to the government directly but it would be nice to let the people paying for the tests actually have the results when they come out. I had to call them nearly a week later after posting the test to get them to resend my results to my email.”

Dear Francis, Sorry to hear you were disappointed. Our test kits ship according to the arrival date you enter on the form. This is to accommodate customers who order while on holiday and are not at home to received kits, so we make sure to dispatch a day before arrival for the kits to arrive on the same day. For Test to Release orders, we ship them to arrive on Day 3 or Day 4. Yours was shipped and arrived with you on Day 4, and we are sorry if this was not made clear to you earlier, but should have been with you in time to perform your Day 5 test. As to your results, your took your sample on the 8th of June, it arrived to our lab on 09/06/2021 21:59 and your result was sent 10/06/2021 14:45. This is well within the timelines stated on the product page. Due to the nature of this test being by mail, the sample would arrive to the lab the day after you send it off, and our lab is delivering results well within the 24 hour timeline. “It's fine. Wasn't sure that the test-to-release sample was successfully registered at first but they were very quick to respond and I got my certificate on Day 7. Three days off quarantine for 60 quid. Woop.”

“I had the worst experience I could possibly have. Please do not buy!!! I did my test on the fifth day (test to relese) and I got my results on the 10th day!! They blame everything on the Royal Mail and I never got any refund ... waste of money and terrible customer service”

Dear Martyna, Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience with us. We tried really hard to keep you updated of the progress of your samples and send you many emails to update you on this. You had sent your sample on a Sunday, and it did not arrive to our lab due to Royal Mail as we did explain to you and you can see on your tracking number. The sample was booked into our lab 09/06/2021 21:59 and results were issued at 10/06/2021 14:45, well within 24 hours of arriving at the lab. We clearly state on our product page that the return labels are with Royal Mail and to check the priority box times as well as to be aware of any delays and to arrange alternative methods of sending if this is an issue. Again, sorry to hear of the delay, we did try our best to keep you updated but Royal Mail delays are out of our control. We will however be raising your example to Royal Mail as we continue to ask them to speed up the process of processing samples at the depot local to the lab. “Using DPD who dont ring thebdoor bell when you're in and then havibg tonwait another day is going to lead to problems! Also, arrived from a green list country yet email states need a test on day 8? Wrong.”

Dear Neal, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied. We use DPD to ensure speedy delivery and to avoid delays with Royal Mail in getting kits to customers. DPD does send a one hour time slot on the day of delivery. We're unable to control whether they have rung the bell or not, but I am happy to report this issue to them to follow up. I am sorry to hear it delayed getting kits to you. I am unsure what you mean about Day 8. None of our emails mentioned that you need Day 8 testing. If you are referring to the text in the results email, this is the mandatory text from the Government and says "IF you have taken a Day 8" and does not say you need a Day 8. Dear Wojciech, Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service, but feel it is unfair that you say no one messaged you. We sent you many emails about the progress of your test, and responded to all your emails within minutes. You sent an email yesterday at 19:41, which was responded to at 20:36. You sent another email today at 09:29, which we responded to on 13:10. We then sent you another email at 13:54 just to update you about progress of your sample. And finally, your result was sent at 16:46. You also took your sample on 07/06/2021, it arrived to our lab in the evening of 08/06/2021, and we sent you results earlier today. This is well within timelines stated. As for phone calls, our call staff are always at the ready and currently our wait time is no more than 10 seconds. We are sorry you feel this was still insufficient but feel we did try to offer you an exceptional service. Dear Michael, Sorry you were unhappy with the timing of your results; however, we wanted to clarify. I have looked at your order and your swab times, and it seems you swabbed your Day 5 on Sunday. This means it wasn't picked up by Royal Mail till Monday and wasn't delivered to our lab till 09/06/2021 01:12 with results being released at 09:47 on the same day (so in about 8 hours). We make it clear on the product page before you purchase that any samples taken on the weekend could potentially be delayed and this is out of our control as it is reliant on Royal Mail, which we also make clear on the product page.
