“the whole system is a complete scam. it a shamless way the authorities and the associated "providers" have to fleece travellers back into the UK. a utter disgrace. Besides, a self made test is most unreliable; not at all conducive to assure people that the system works to protect the British public.”

“At a time when there is so much confusion, this service offered a great simple service at a very reasonable price. Test kits were delivered on date of arrival and results were emailed well within the timescale. I have already recommended to 2 other families.”

“Test kits we’re delivered promptly. Results were also delivered within the expected deadline. The instructions were clear. The price was expensive but still cheaper than most of other suppliers.”

“The service was efficient with the test kits being sent on time for my first test. The results for the 5th day “test to release” test arrived only on day seven which in a way defeated the purpose of attempting an early release. Otherwise the service was satisfactory.”

“You didn't refund my money, no matter that we've never been able to use your tests! And no matter of the Emergency character of the situation, which made us flying back to Bulgaria! On the 3rd day of our arrival in London we received an emergency letter from our country of birth - Bulgaria. I was travelling to London, along with my aunt Boyka Draganova. She is 70 years old and she is disabled, as well. I'm her niece, her carer etc... So, there was bad news for my auntie regarding her mother's health condition. Her mother is very sick and I we've found out that we must travel back to Bulgaria in an emergency, because her mother got worse. It's more than obviously that in this case -we weren't able nor to get your tests, nor to use them, nor to get the products again, because we were not in London, anymore! I have explained our situation to your team member Sonny by email and I kindly asked him to help me with refund of my money, because I was in quite desperate situation and I really needed every single penny! But you did just nothing... What can I say... I suppose that you've really needed my £78! Maybe you are poor, as well - like me and my aunt! And I suppose that maybe you are disabled, as well or you also have some dying relative at your home.... If it's not like this - can you please explain to me your attitude and your refusal to give me my money back! Because that was my situation. The sad situation - above! And I was only asking your team for a little bit of humanity... But I wasn't that lucky! You've refused to help me. So, I hope you were enjoying while spending my £78...”
