“I would not recommend this service. I never received a result for my Day 2 test. My complaint was met with an evasive response and they refused to refund me the cost.”

“The price was low compared to other companies offering PCR testing on return from holiday on day 2 so I booked. They said it would be delivered when i return but seeing other reviews from various companies, i was nervous. However, they delivered my home testing package before i return and everything that was suppose to be in the package were included. I tested and posted the package and had my test result back in 2 days via email which was good when you consider it went through the postal system.”

“1. Getting the test kit the day before traveller returns home not work for me as there is nobody else to open the door 2. My internet provider (BT) blocks most of your automated emails, so I had to chase for the plf code and for the day 8 results 3. Royal Mail 24h service actually took 2 days (for each test). Not acceptable 4. Your day 2 result template states that the traveller no longer needs to self isolate, which is WRONG ! The self isolation period at the time was 10 days”

“What a shocking company to deal with! Booking reference: CONFI0026604 They never respond to emails. I even gave them 24 hours before writing this review and they still never replied. My day 2 test arrived damaged I phoned (you wait on average 20 minutes to get, I know as I have phoned 4 times in total). Each time someone was going to talk to a manager and telephone me back. They never have and have never responded to the 8 emails I have sent dating back to the middle of July I now just want my money back but I can't seem to get a refund.. it really feels like I've been scammed My advice; use another 1 of the 100's of companies that are out there providing tests.. Maybe this review will now enable me to get my money back. I'm not holding out though!”

“Day 2 test posted Sunday 8 July, result still not available as of 4pm on 12 July. Called and was told there was a technical issue and email promised. Day 5 test to release sent 11 July and showing as delivered on 12 July at 1pm. When I called, although it shows as delivered on the Royal Mail site, this apparently doesn't mean it has arrived at the lab. Unacceptable. All of the friends on the same trip who used other testing companies have their results already.”
