“Very poor customer service - received only one response when I attempted to contact your company regarding an issue with a PCR test registry for my day 8 test. The email answer I got was clearly automated and in no way answer my question. Your phone line did not have personnel available to answer my call and I was on the line over 30 minutes before I decided to hang up. If you do not have personnel available to answer calls, it is only courteous notify the customer so they are not wasting their time.”

“Took day 2 test and sent back Royal Mail tracking confirmed test was delivered the next day (day 3) Still no result on day 8 Rang help line and was told there was an issue with sending the result They had my email address and phone number so could have made contact via either. After calling result was emailed within the hour. Would not trust for a day 5 early release test. Bright note was the test arrived next day after ordering it.”

“After being let down by a different supplier who wasn't responsive and didn't deliver my tests on time I decided to order an additional Day 5 at Confirm testing. After looking around online the pricing from confirm testing looked better than most out there. They had a live chat to which their customer service helped me straight away in the friendliest way. They made me feel confident I could trust them. I ended up receiving their test really quickly as well as all of my original delayed tests, since those where non-refundable or with a restocking fee, I decided to take both companies Day 5 test. The test from Confirm Testing was way more user friendly than the other company. After posting both of them to see which one I would get back earlier. Confirm testing gave me my results next day in the evening (Saturday), the other supplier was only able to get back to me the day after on Sunday afternoon. I would recommend using Confirm Testing to everyone as they are quick, reliable, responsive and friendly!”

“Easy to park, free parking, friendly staff, tests results recieved on time as promised. Suggest they update their order form. It assumes you fly, but I travelled by boat.”
