“The whole process from delivering the kit until the result is a little bit confusing and frustrating. Everything depends on the lab but the Confirm Testing team is trying their best. Also, I would appreciate if emails and calls could be aswered quicker but I do understand if the company is dealing with a high amount of emails/calls. The staff is kind and trying to help as much as they can. Thank you”

“Boxes and instructions clear, time scale for test results very poor - typically very close to 48 hours later. I have used many testing services and this is the slowest by far.”

“It was to book and cheaper option than most - plus they offered a 10% first purchase discount, which made a big difference. Correspondence was prompt and detailed. Tests were clearly instructed and easy to use and post. Test to Release results were in on Day 7 and clearly communicated. I was very pleased with this service.”

“Really pleased with the service provided. We are a large family of 9, so getting us all sorted was stressful but issues were resolved quickly and our result back promptly. I have used other testers before but Confirm was by far the best. I will be using them again for travel for sure. Thank you”
