“I paid for a test after arriving back to the uk with the current laws did everything I had to do posted and heard nothing back I called numerous times and still don’t know so I could of been fined as I had no proof the test was done and no results the guys I work with have had this problem and the money spinner you have you won’t be getting money from any of us”

“My experience with Confirm Testing was globally good. The tests arrived on time and nothing was missing from the kits. Each day was properly labeled. The results were ready and sent to me aproximately 48h after doing the test. However, I had some questions when doing the first test, regarding the proper way to pack the test. I phoned the number provided and unfortunately the person who received my call was rude and not helpful at all. For those doing the test, you have to put the tube inside the bag where the tube was when you received it, then you put the bag in the box that contained the kit and the box in the bag with the purple label. Only then do you place the label in the bag.”

“Used them on July 21st , test was delivered on time paid £39.00 x2 can’t fault the service, results sent out very promptly, went to use again two weeks later price goes up to £59.00 , really ? Jst because of school holidays, don’t find this very professional”

“It worked for me (three times now). Had a few queries at first which were addressed by email. Helps if you allow plenty of time not that you have much, and post the tests from a main post office rather than a street post box. Received my last results at 11:00pm on a Saturday night so someone was still working.”
