“I chose Confirm Testing as they were one of the few government-approved suppliers whose online reviews were actually good. Their negative reviews seemed to be due to failure to register barcodes. I enquired about this before purchase and was pleased with their prompt and clear answers to my questions. I noted that most other providers didn't usually reply to questions at all. Within a few minutes of purchase, I had received the special code required for my Passenger Locator form. A good start. When I got home in the UK the tests were waiting for me with a neighbour, I didn't need to go out anywhere and pick them up. The day 2 test was sent, delivered by Royal Mail the next morning, and I got the result early the following morning (day 4). When I sent the day 5 Test To Release swab, I enclosed a note requesting a quick turnaround so I could come out of quarantine. Royal Mail delivered the next morning as before, and I was delighted to receive the negative result at around 4 pm the same day, freeing me even earlier than I had expected before the end of day 6. In spite of the absurd requirements imposed by HM Government on people arriving from amber list countries, which in most cases have managed the pandemic far better than the UK, have much lower infection rates and no sign yet of the Delta strain, I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for the performance and good speed of Confirm Testing. I strongly recommend them.”

“Service advertises results within 24hrs. Well, don't expect results so soon. They say it's 24hrs from the time they receive sample which could be anything and there is no way to verify that. Your day 5 test to release may as well become day 7 ( I am still waiting so maybe longer). Their customer service is useless and can't be bothered. They confirm receiving the sample but failed to test it. Shockingly poor and disappointing. I travel often but will never use them again. By far the slowest testing service I ever experienced.”

Dear Wojciech, It is really unfortunate that you have decided to post a one star review after we have delivered the service that we announce on our website. As one of our friendly Customer Service Advisors has confirmed with you this morning, you took your test on 22/06, it arrived in the laboratory on 23/06, the testing process took place and your results are available today 24/06. I would like to know where you have gathered the information from that you have interpreted as results within 24 hours from time of swab. Please forward this to info@confirmtesting.com so we can review it. The information on our product page does say, 'if you perform the test on Day 5 and send using the pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked24 you should receive your certificate either late on Day 6 or on Day 7.' I can assure you, we would not advertise for something we simply cannot promise to deliver with a swab at home testing kit. “I sent my DAY 5 test to release on day 5 at 7am at post office in person,. I received my results today; on day 8..... 3 days later. £60 DOWN THE DRAIN, as I may had waited 2 more days to day 10..... worse than useless 😡”

Dear Asier, I am sorry to hear your order was one that was impacted by the lack of Royal Mail service on a Sunday. We hate seeing our customers let down because of delays beyond our control. We do try and make all of our customers aware of Royal Mail delays on the weekend by keeping our purchase page's up to date with the latest information. Dear Ariel, I am sorry if you feel that Confirm Testing have not provided you with the service that you were expecting. We do state at point of purchase if you perform the test on Day 5 and send using the pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked24 you should receive your certificate either late on Day 6 or on Day 7. This is there for the customer to view before making the decision to commit to the sale. As promised, I can see we have provided you a conclusive result on your day 7 of self-isolation and do not believe this warrants a one star review. “Arrived okay and tests completed in good time. Had a day 5 test cancelled due to track and trace isolation but the label on day 5 and day 8 were incorrectly labelled meaning day 8 pack opened when it was actual day 5 so both packs eventually opened. Simple mistake which they accepted”
