“I received my day 2 kit on day 0. Even DPD has for some reason sent back my day 8 kit to confirm testing, confirm testing replied emails promptly and arranged redelivery at once. Thanks very much!”

“Honestly, it was a good experience. I was scared that things will go wrong because I read a few bad reviews. Turns out it was just fine. Day 2 test kit arrived on Day 1 of my 10-day quarantine, it was a Friday so I did not expect to get a result over the weekend anyway. Test result came by email on the following Monday morning. Day 8 test kit arrived a few days early. I did it again on a Friday and expected a result on Monday, which I did not receive. I waited patiently a few more days but still did not receive anything. I then wrote to the customer service and followed the steps (automated email reply) that were advised to be done. I probably did not register my Day 8 test kit properly. But after doing that again I got my result promptly. So yeah, overall good experience. 5 stars even if I did not receive my second result on time, since it was probably my own fault.”

“Apart from the fact that delivery of my Day 2 test kit was attempted when Confirm Testing new that I was abroad, everything was very professional and worked according to plan. It is also somewhat confusing that immediately following the email confirming the test result an additional email is received saying "Your request has been received............" when no request has been sent.”
