“Reasonably priced compared to some that outrageous. Government recognised. Such clear advice on how to use the website. Immediate response keeping in touch. “Located at the Marriot Hotel parking is free (just register at reception) we found the staff really friendly the antigen test we had was simple and quick with results and certificates given 15 minutes later. Highly recommend”

Dear Paul, According to our records all test results were sent to you yesterday. One was sent at 17:34, one t 17:46, and one at 23:45. While tests may be sent together in the mail, this does not mean they all arrive together or are booked in for testing at the same time. The lab will sort test kits individually so they are not cross-contaminated, then they are tested. I have not found a call record with the phone number on your order, but if you had tried calling after hours, this would be why your call was not answered. We answer our phone lines and have many agents online, but there have been increased volumes of calls in recent days so we are receiving hundreds of calls and wait times are slightly longer than usual. I hope this better clarifies. If you have not found your results in your inbox, please check your spam folder as they are sent from an automated system which sometimes triggers the spam filter. If you need them resent to you, please email us and we will resend them to you right away. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“Unfortunately, this company did not send out both the test kits I ordered. They stated that both had been delivered but this was not the case. Eventually, they admitted they had made an error. This meant we were not able to conduct the first test until day 2. (There is an option to do the first one a day early). Another issue is that they do not appear to be open at the weekend. The answer phone message states that they will answer shortly. They didn't. Then I discovered that this company is a third party to the actual testing company which I shall use directly on any subsequent trips abroad requiring testing.”

“Quick and easy with great price, compared to other rip-off companies. Only 2 minor points : 1) booking confirmation didn't mention which COIVD test we booked, 2) Day 2 test result arrived by email didn't mention of those travelled back from Green List countries who don't need to self-isolate after receiving negative result of Day 2 test. Apart from that, we are very happy with their service and will use again if the price stays low.”
