“Delivered before I got home had to be taken in by neighbour,which is not very good security, should come when you get home.Had problems registering it but this was sorted with an email. Delay with the results but that was my fault not to good with computer.”

“Over-priced, as are all of the Covid-Testing clinics. The money charged for these tests is a scam, an absolute scam! I paid - 160 pounds for day 2 and day 8 test, and then 60 pounds for Test-to-release. A huge amount of money is being made - it's disgusting. I'd feel reassured, if the money was going to the NHS, but to think it's lining some CEO's pocket is abhorrent.”

“never got my test, called both dpd who didnt know where the package was. called and emailed confirm testing several times without a single answer from them. this was 2 months ago, as of today i haven’t gotten either an answer or my money back for my test that never arrived. extremely bad service, 0 out of 10, will never choose them again.”

“The test kit arrived before I had even got back from abroad, even though I had indicated my return day. Apparently it was packed in a way that prevented it from going through the standard letter/parcel slot of our front door like previous test kits have. When I tried to change the delivery address to a convenience store next door on the courier's website, they were unable to deliver there as well on the next day (the reason remained unexplained). In the end, I never received the kit I had paid for because on arrival, I was required to stay at home and self-isolate for 10 days, not wander around town fetching the parcel from some distribution centre miles away.”

“Purchased a day 2 test - scheduled to arrive day of arrival back in UK but before actually making it home so had to reschedule otherwise came on a timely basis. Results took just over 48 hours give or take so work for the purposes as needed.”

“We purchased the amber list bundle and the day 5 early release tests. All our test kits has been delivered by the time we had arrived back from our trip and the instructions were clear. The Royal Mail Delivery of our tests to the lab was slow (2-3 days from posting) but once delivered our test results came back quickly (same day). We decided to use and pay for a courier with guaranteed next day delivery for our day 5 tests so that we got our results quicker. I would use confirm testing again”
