“I wasn't aware of my results 10 days after I'd sent the sample (which includes a Bank Holiday weekend), and on posting about that on this review site, the company contacted me to say the results had been sent on time and they'd re-sent it now too. It turned up in my junk mail folder. I suggest they send a text alert to your mobile phone either with the result or with an alert that the result has been emailed. This is what the free-of-charge NHS Covid testing service does, and that way these important emails aren't missed, as the result is also sent by text message.”

“Very satisfied with the service from Confirm, they managed to amend all my details and delivery times when my flight was changed Test kits arrived in before test due and results came through in good time. I would use again and recommend to friends.”

“I called three times with questions. The calls were answered promptly. Twice, a gentleman named Kwesi answered knowledgeably and once a woman (whose name I don’t remember) was also knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.”

“I had some delays but they responded quuckly on all my emails and I managed to solve all problems. I would still recommend, because price was acceptable and tests arrived to me on time”

“My test kit and results came back in time my husbands did not even though sent back the same time ,very expensive and complicated to book ,take,return a lot to worry about for our visit a bit late should have had this in place last year prices on gov.uk vary from 500 to 160 per test scandalous”

Dear David, I have checked your order and both results were sent at the same time for both Day 2 and Day 8. We're happy to resend them to you if you have not received them. Sorry to hear you felt it was complicated to book. We have to collect the data you enter on the form as mandated by the Government in order to provide you with the booking confirmation you need to show at the border. “Great at taking the cash and getting the kit to you. Not so great at sending results. I have had nothing to tell whether I have Covid or not. Not what you expect after paying £200 for tests that cost a fraction of that.”
