“Confirm did a great job for me & the family. I inadvertently out the wedding return date for the Day2 PCR test in the other, rang Confirm in a bit of a panic when they hadn't turned up (my fault), and after taking my call in the early evening, they couriered the PCR tests to me for next morning arrival, and processed them within 24 hours. Great service and great customer service. The only downside is that the PCR test results are not recorded on your NHS COVID results record, but this is I think an issue with the NHS rather than Confirm. Would recommend for PCR testing.”

“Very poor experience. Whilst the tests arrived in advance which was good, the timescales to receive results was not until 3 DAYS later. Took a long time when called to speak with someone. Day 2 test - not received for one party - apparently sent to another email. Day 5 test (early release) - NOT RECEIVED. When we telephoned on day three, we were informed that the test was actually completed the day before though not sent . Given we paid to have a day five test, not having a result until day 8 was a complete waste of money. Would NOT recommend.”

“I did my five day release test with Confirm, was really straightforward and I got the results within 36 hours, much easier and more reliable than another test centre that I used for my day 2 and 8 tests. Would recommend Confirm and use them again if I had to.”

“I had day 5 test done for my sister. Wanted to end her quarantine ASAP as she wasnt managing emotionally very well. We didnt recieve any results at first so I had to call there. Lady on the phone said she has her results and she sent it to my sisters email straight away. There was no apology for not doing so neither explanation why results weren't send straight away. I dont think they cared much. I felt horrible for my sister and I wont use this company ever again.”

“I was very disappointed that I got my day 5 test results on day 9 only after me chasing. The document I got then showed that the laboratory completed the analysis already on day 6. Because of the delay you caused I had to stay a whole weekend longer in quarantine than needed and missed an important meeting on day 9. never again”

“They test packs came immediately! I submitted the day 2 test but has NO reply by email or post! Personally, the whole experience was a joke and 120 pounds a total rip off!! Huge money making scheme exploiting Covid 19 into a business to print money with NO transparency at all!”
