“Your service has been complete rubbish, aside from the politeness of the representatives on the phone. Given that I have spent more than 3 hours speaking to them to sort out the many errors your firm has made, I should know. 1. Kits shipped to wrong address 2. Once redirected, only 1 of 3 shipped 3. Error in your system made it impossible to register one of the day 5 kits 4. Response to email an absolutely useless template e-mail followed by no response to my request to keep the case open I intend to make sure all of my colleagues and everyone I can reach, including NHS officials, know how rubbish this experience has been. Your performance has been polite but disgraceful.”

“I booked PCR test for travel.My sample was taken 08.10 am and result came to my email following day 6.00 am less than 24 hours. I went to Heathrow Marriott Hotel for testing. The reception staff was polite and helpful and the nurse was cheerful and professional. Thanks for all,highly recommended. I will use this company on my return day 2 and day 8 testing.”

“Excellent service, prompt replies to e mails and phone call. Husbands results day after posting, mine didn’t arrive so e mailed next day and was phoned back and results send to me again as some problem with my e mail. Highly recommend”

“After reading about so many scams I was really happy with Confirm, the tests were delivered by DPD the day before I arrived. Everything was there and in order and simple to do. Just the results took between 48-72 hours to hit my inbox, so I got my day 2 results on day 4 and day 5 results on the morning of day 8. I live in central London and used an NHS priority postbox.”
