“I am absolutely thrilled with my new oak beam. I have a plasterboard chimney breast wall and never thought l would be able to get a solid beam. After some research and a phone call to Cottage Beams l purchased a beautiful beam with specialist fixings for plasterboard. The beam looks great and the quality outstanding. Thank you Cottage Beams for the excellent customer service.”

“Amazing service from start to finish! I had a lot of questions and everything was answered a long the way! I wanted my beam to look rustic but not with any deep cracks so it was suggested that I look at the beam before it was made via photographs which I did. I suggest others do this as it was really helpful! I asked for 3 fittings instead of 2 and personally felt this was needed. The beam itself is really nice and I love how it looks in my room! Thank you so much! I could not be happier.”

“A lovely beam, rustic oak, lovely authentic finish with a 14cm depth to stand my candles on. Easy fix though 2 person as beam is heavy. Quick delivery good product I'd recommend”

“We ordered a beam from Cottage Beams. It was received fairly quickly. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the beam (probably caused during transport). So, the beam was returned and a replacement was sent. This replacement was also damaged (in places that I doubt were caused during manufacture) and so was returned. A refund was applied to my card very promptly. I thought that the beams were very good quality, but were damaged and so we could not use them.”

“I meant to contact you on receipt of my 3 new shelves to say how delighted I am with them! The whole process was great - help and advice initially from Shirley then a simple system of placing a bespoke order. The quality of the wood is beautiful and they will look wonderful in my new kitchen . I will send a photo when they’re up . Many thanks! Sarah”
