“My partner and I found the bed we were looking for, at a price which was lower in price than any where else. I was kept informed of when the bed was due and the night before the 4 hour time slot for delivery. The delivery was as expected. The only suggestion I have is all screws/bolts to have a pointed end to allow a bite straight away when trying to screw things together. This would save a great deal of time assembling the bed and at the same time reduce the frustration of not being able to screw where appropriate, because the screw end is flat and not pointed.”

“Arrived promptly,very easy to assemble unfortunately 2 slats were split but e mailed company and the next day they sent a replacement to me.lovely bed but a little more copper than brass.Overall a very good bed for the price .”

“A bad experience from the start. Little communication and no response to 3 most recent emails. Cancelled order and asked for a refund which has still not been received. I've now had to involve credit card company to obtain the refund.”

Hello M P Fitzpatrick, I am sorry to read that you had this experience with us, I can appreciate how frustrating and disappointing this must be. With regards to your refund, I can see that the refund was released from us via the case you raised. This will be processed for you via the payment system Braintree, as this was a case opened to recover the funds it can take a little longer than a standard refund. For the emails you have sent, I cannot see that we have received any from the email address used on your order, however, if you would like to resend these to us, we can look into any further queries you may have. “Bed is good but delivery lied about what time it would come and I had to wait 4 days longer due to driver not arriving, but on the second attempt they came at the time provided.”

“Bed is really rubbish. It can’t stand open so basically the ottoman is useless. Obviously it was cheap, but I would have been better buying second hand one. NOT RECOMMENDED”

“Great bed, my daughter absolutely loves it. Great communication from crazypricebeds. Wasn’t too bad to put together. The light in the headboard makes for a nice nightlight, it has made my daughters transition into a “big girl” bed so easy.”

“First class. Lovely bed frame, just as expected. This company are faultless,they tell you everything you need to know in the confirmation e mail,and they stick to it.
