“As a company the easy ordering process and delivery I can’t knock top marks. However the build quality of the bed I purchased isn’t good at all . Very cheaply put together. I understand fully that you get what you pay for but honestly my opinion on the bed itself is very dissatisfied.”

“Excellent fast delivery service and accurate description of product. Unfortunately one mattress was missing from initial delivery but Mikey the driver contacted the office immediately and rectified the situation. Thank you.”

“Ordered a single ottoman as needed more storage. Mattress came vacuum packed and was worried to be honest. Put the bed together which took two of us and to be honest, very straightforward! Huge amount of storage which I still haven't filled! Very sturdy bed for the price and pleasantly surprised by the quality. I have to say I am very happy with my purchase and whole process of ordering, delivery etc. Very efficient and lovely delivery driver who returned a day later with another box. Fortunately we had not started to assemble the bed so did not notice box 4 was missing! All in all, well worth the money and sleeping like a baby.”

“Regret this product is NOT for the faint-hearted with regard to ‘putting it together’. You need an expert joiner with the right tools- even though you said ‘flat-pack’ you ought to advertise it much more clearly!”

“On the whole a really good service. Delivery was hassle free and on time. Just a slight disappointment on unpacking. The slats seem very flimsy and one of them was cracked and suspect will need replacing quite soon. Also couple of parts of frame look as if chips been filled in and painted over and as pointed out in other customers' reviews, when unpacking, where pieces were stuck together and pulled apart the white paint peeled off. Shame really because 3 year old granddaughter very excited with her new house bed! And got to accept that was a fraction of the cost of similar beds. So sorry, had to knock off 1 star for having to get my paintbrush out again!”
